A method relating to robot service comprises: acquiring images of a region awaiting a service, wherein the region comprises serviceable grids acquired by dividing said region into grids having an equal area; performing pedestrian identification on the images to acquire a pedestrian popularity level of each of the serviceable grids within a pre-determined time interval; and labeling a serviceable grid having a pedestrian popularity level higher than a pre-determined threshold and serviceable grids centered around the serviceable grid within a pre-determined range as grids awaiting the service, and obtaining a sub-region awaiting the service consisting of the grids awaiting the service. In the method, a region having a high pedestrian popularity level is allocated to a specific robot to provide a service, thereby improving cleaning efficiency. Further provided are a system executing the method relating to robot service and a readable storage medium.

L'invention concerne un procédé se rapportant à un service robotisé consistant à : acquérir des images d'une région en attente d'un service, la région comprenant des grilles utilisables acquises par division de ladite région en grilles présentant une aire identique ; effectuer une identification de piétons sur les images pour acquérir un niveau de popularité pédestre de chacune des grilles utilisables dans un intervalle de temps prédéterminé ; et étiqueter une grille utilisable présentant un niveau de popularité pédestre supérieur à un seuil prédéterminé et des grilles utilisables centrées autour de la grille utilisable dans une plage prédéterminée en tant que grilles en attente du service et obtenir une sous-région en attente du service constituée des grilles en attente du service. Dans le procédé, une région présentant un niveau élevé de popularité pédestre est attribuée à un robot spécifique pour fournir un service, améliorant ainsi l'efficacité de nettoyage. L'invention concerne en outre un système mettant en œuvre le procédé se rapportant au service robotisé et un support d'enregistrement lisible.
