Disclosed is a preparation method for 2,5-Furan dicarboxylic acid, using 2,5- dicarbonyl Furan (DFF) as the raw material; and DFF is catalyzed-oxidized using an oxidant to prepare FDCA in the presence of a composite catalyst containing a nitroxide radical generator. According to the method, DFF is efficiently oxidized to prepare FDCA. The reaction has a simple operation, mild conditions, the FDCA products has high selectivity and less oxidation by-products and has important application prospect.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'acide 2,5-furane dicarboxylique, qui utilise du 2,5-dicarbonyle furane (DFF) en tant que matière première ; le DFF étant catalysé-oxydé à l'aide d'un oxydant pour préparer du FDCA en présence d'un catalyseur composite contenant un générateur de radicaux nitroxyde. Selon le procédé, le DFF est oxydé de manière efficace pour préparer du FDCA. Le mode opératoire de la réaction est simple, les conditions sont modérées, les produits FDCA ont une sélectivité élevée et moins d'oxydation par des sous-produits, le procédé présente ainsi une importante perspective d'application.

一种2,5-呋喃二甲酸的制备方法,其以2,5-二甲酰基呋喃(DFF)作为原料,在含有氮氧自由基生成剂的复合催化剂存在下,利用氧化剂催化氧化DFF以制备FDCA。该方法实现了DFF高效氧化制备FDCA。该反应操作简单、条件较为温和,产物FDCA的选择性高,氧化副产物少,具有重要的应用前景。
