Disclosed is a quality control method for infantile accumulation-eliminating granules. The method comprises: using thin-layer chromatography to perform qualitative identification on parched Crataegi fructus and Pharbitidis semen in infantile accumulation-eliminating granules; using high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of an activation component, arecoline, in the infantile accumulation-eliminating granules to carry out quantitative control; and using a potentiometric titration method to determine the content of organic acids in the infantile accumulation-eliminating granules. The method of the present invention is simple, has a good degree of separation, strong specificity and good reproducibility, thereby effectively guaranteeing the quality and curative effect of the infantile accumulation-eliminating granules, and having very strong practicality.

L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle qualité pour granules infantiles d'élimination d'accumulation. Le procédé consiste à : utiliser une chromatographie sur couche mince pour réaliser une identification qualitative sur des fructus désséchés de Crataegi et de la semence de Pharbitidis dans des granules infantiles d'élimination d'accumulation ; utiliser une chromatographie en phase liquide à haute performance pour déterminer la teneur d'un composant d'activation, l'arécoline, dans les granules infantiles d'élimination d'accumulation pour réaliser un contrôle quantitatif ; et utiliser un procédé de titrage potentiométrique pour déterminer la teneur en acides organiques dans les granules infantiles d'élimination d'accumulation. Le procédé selon la présente invention est simple, possède un bon degré de séparation, une forte spécificité et une bonne reproductibilité, ce qui garantit efficacement la qualité et l'effet curatif des granules infantiles d'élimination d'accumulation, et possède une très forte praticité.

一种小儿化积颗粒的质量控制方法,采用薄层色谱法对小儿化积颗粒中焦山楂、牵牛子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿化积颗粒中的槟榔碱活化成分的含量进行定量控制,采用电位滴定法测定小儿化积颗粒中的有机酸含量。本发明方法简单、分离度好、专属性强、重现性好,有效的保障了小儿化积颗粒的质量和疗效,具有很强的实用性。
