A human body micro-environment system for resting and sleeping and an operating method, the human body micro-environment system comprising an air conditioning device (2), a breathing device (1) and a system control unit (21); inhalable gas which is outputted by the air conditioning device (2) and is sealed outside may enter an inner cavity (110) of a gas delivery unit, and the inhalable gas flows out of an inhalable gas output region (112) having air holes distributed on an inner side surface (111) of a gas conveying unit (11); and both sides of the gas conveying unit (11) are connected to lateral isolation units (13) which are distributed in the vertical direction or the inclined direction of the horizontal plane, and the inhalable gas and external air are at least partially isolated from each other; a respiratory tract opening region (M0) when a user is in a lying state is located between the two lateral isolation units (13) in a formed inner cavity (10) of the breathing device, the inhalable gas flows through the respiratory tract opening region (M0); and upper edges (133) of the lateral isolation units are higher than the highest point of the respiratory tract opening.
