A method for preparing a porous silicon material, the method comprising: providing a purified diamond wire-cut silicon waste material (S100); performing first metal nanoparticle-assisted etching pre-processing on the purified diamond wire-cut silicon waste material in a first metal salt solution to form a chemically crushed and refined silicon material, a first metal salt solution system comprising hydrofluoric acid and a first metal salt (S200); removing the first metal from the chemically crushed and refined silicon material (S300); and performing second metal nanoparticle-assisted etching processing on the chemically crushed and refined silicon material in a second metal salt solution so that the chemically crushed and refined silicon material forms a porous silicon material, an etching metal solution system comprising hydrofluoric acid and a second metal salt (S400). Meanwhile, further disclosed are a porous silicon material, a negative battery material, a method for preparing a negative battery material, and an electrochemical battery.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau de silicium poreux, le procédé consistant : à fournir un matériau de déchet de silicium découpé au fil diamanté purifié (S100) ; à effectuer un premier prétraitement de gravure assistée par nanoparticules métalliques sur le matériau de déchet de silicium découpé au fil diamanté purifié dans une première solution de sel métallique afin de former un matériau de silicium chimiquement broyé et affiné, un premier système de solution de sel métallique comprenant de l'acide fluorhydrique et un premier sel métallique (S200) ; à retirer le premier métal du matériau de silicium chimiquement broyé et affiné (S300) ; et à effectuer un second traitement de gravure assistée par nanoparticules métalliques sur le matériau de silicium chimiquement broyé et affiné dans une seconde solution de sel métallique de telle sorte que le matériau de silicium chimiquement broyé et affiné forme un matériau de silicium poreux, un système de solution de métal de gravure comprenant de l'acide fluorhydrique et un second sel métallique (S400). L'invention concerne en outre un matériau de silicium poreux, un matériau de batterie négatif, un procédé de préparation d'un matériau de batterie négatif, et une batterie électrochimique.
