Abstract

A detection circuit, a pattern recognition device and a drive method. The detection circuit comprises a photosensitive element, a switch sub-circuit and a charge release sub-circuit. The photosensitive element is electrically connected to the switch sub-circuit and the charge release sub-circuit, and is configured to convert a received optical signal into an electrical signal; the switch sub-circuit is configured to output the electrical signal; and the charge release sub-circuit is configured to release charges in the photosensitive element after the switch sub-circuit outputs the electrical signal. The detection circuit releases the charges accumulated in the photosensitive element, so that the pattern recognition device using the detection circuit can avoid the problem of afterimage, thereby improving the accuracy of pattern recognition.

L'invention concerne un circuit de détection, un dispositif de reconnaissance de motif et un procédé de pilotage. Le circuit de détection comprend un élément photosensible, un sous-circuit de commutation et un sous-circuit de libération de charge. L'élément photosensible est connecté électriquement au sous-circuit de commutation et au sous-circuit de libération de charge, et est conçu pour convertir un signal optique reçu en un signal électrique ; le sous-circuit de commutation est conçu pour émettre en sortie le signal électrique ; et le sous-circuit de libération de charge est conçu pour libérer des charges dans l'élément photosensible après l'émission en sortie du signal électrique par le sous-circuit de commutation. Le circuit de détection libère les charges accumulées dans l'élément photosensible, de telle sorte que le dispositif de reconnaissance de motif utilisant le circuit de détection puisse éviter le problème d'image rémanente, ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision de la reconnaissance de motif.
