Provided are a cross-barrier focus-targeting drug delivery system, a carrier system and a host cell system. The drug delivery system comprises cross-barrier virus-like particles and focus-targeting virus-like particles, wherein the cross-barrier virus-like particles carry cross-barrier signals, the focus-targeting virus-like particles carry focus-targeting signals, and the cross-barrier virus-like particles and the focus-targeting virus-like particles can form heteropolymeric virus-like particles by means of self-assembly.

L'invention concerne un système d'administration de médicament ciblant le foyer à barrière croisée, un système de support et un système de cellules hôtes. Le système d'administration de médicament comprend des particules de type virus à barrière croisée et des particules de type virus ciblant la mise au point, les particules de type virus à barrière croisée transportant des signaux de barrière croisée, les particules de type viral de ciblage de mise au point portent des signaux de ciblage de mise au point, et les particules de type virus à barrière croisée et les particules de type virus de ciblage de mise au point peuvent former des particules de type virus hétéropolymères au moyen d'un auto-assemblage.
