Provided by the present invention is a piezoelectric microphone, comprising a substrate that is provided with a back cavity and a piezoelectric cantilever beam diaphragm that is fixed on the substrate; the piezoelectric cantilever beam diaphragm comprises a fixed end that is fixedly connected to the substrate and an active end that is connected to the fixed end and that is suspended above the back cavity; the piezoelectric microphone further comprises a support back plate, the support back plate comprising a supporting arm that is oppositely provided at an interval from the active end of the piezoelectric cantilever beam diaphragm as well as a fixing arm that fixes the supporting arm. Compared to the related technology, the stability of the piezoelectric microphone provided by the present invention is improved.
