Provided by the present invention is a piezoelectric microphone, comprising a base having a back cavity, and a piezoelectric cantilever beam vibrating diaphragm that is fixed on the base; the piezoelectric cantilever beam vibrating diaphragm consists of multiple membrane petals, an end of each membrane petal is fixed to the base, while the other end is suspended above the back cavity, and gaps are formed at intervals between each two adjacent membrane petals; the piezoelectric microphone further comprises an elastic telescopic member that connects two adjacent membrane petals, the elastic telescopic member being disposed at least between a set of two adjacent membrane petals. Compared to the prior art, the piezoelectric microphone provided by the present invention has better performance.

La présente invention concerne un microphone piézoélectrique, comprenant une base ayant une cavité arrière, et un diaphragme vibrant piézoélectrique en porte-à-faux qui est fixé sur la base ; le diaphragme vibrant piézoélectrique en porte-à-faux est constitué de multiples pétales de membrane, une extrémité de chaque pétale de membrane est fixée à la base, tandis que l'autre extrémité est suspendue au-dessus de la cavité arrière, et des espaces sont formés à des intervalles entre chaque paire de pétales de membrane adjacents ; le microphone piézoélectrique comprend en outre un élément télescopique élastique qui relie deux pétales de membrane adjacents, l'élément télescopique élastique étant disposé au moins entre un ensemble de deux pétales de membrane adjacents. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, le microphone piézoélectrique selon la présente invention présente de meilleures performances.
