A high-precision automatic leveling spray head and a 3D printer, relating to the technical field of 3D printing and comprising: a cooling fin used for being mounted on the 3D printer, a carrying plate being connected onto the cooling fin, a heating block being further provided on the carrying plate, and the cooling fin and the heating block being disposed on the same side of the carrying plate; a throat pipe, one end of the throat pipe penetrating into the cooling fin, the other end of the throat pipe penetrating into the heating block, the throat pipe being slidingly disposed along the axial direction within the cooling fin and the heating block and being abutted onto the inner wall of the heating block, and a nuzzle being provided on the throat pipe on the end close to the heating block; a limiting platform used for being abutted by the throat pipe and the nozzle being provided on the heating block, the limiting platform being disposed on the throat pipe on the end close to the nozzle; a position sensor disposed on the cooling fin, a triggering piece used for abutting onto the position sensor being disposed on the throat pipe, and the position sensor being disposed on the triggering piece on the side away from the nozzle. The possibility of deformation of a printing table is reduced and leveling precision of the printing table is increased.

La présente invention concerne une tête de pulvérisation à nivellement automatique de haute précision et une imprimante 3D, se rapportant au domaine technique de l'impression 3D et comprenant : une ailette de refroidissement utilisée pour être montée sur l'imprimante 3D, une plaque de support étant reliée à l'ailette de refroidissement, un bloc de chauffage étant en outre disposé sur la plaque de support et l'ailette de refroidissement et le bloc de chauffage étant disposés sur le même côté de la plaque de support ; un tuyau de gorge, une extrémité du tuyau de gorge pénétrant dans l'ailette de refroidissement, l'autre extrémité du tuyau de gorge pénétrant dans le bloc de chauffage, le tuyau de gorge étant disposé de manière coulissante le long de la direction axiale à l'intérieur de l'ailette de refroidissement et du bloc de chauffage et venant en butée contre la paroi interne du bloc de chauffage et une buse étant disposée sur le tuyau de gorge sur l'extrémité proche du bloc de chauffage ; une plateforme de limitation utilisée pour venir en butée par le tuyau de gorge et la buse étant disposée sur le bloc de chauffage, la plateforme de limitation étant disposée sur le tuyau de gorge sur l'extrémité proche de la buse ; un capteur de position disposé sur l'ailette de refroidissement, une pièce de déclenchement utilisée pour venir en butée sur le capteur de position étant disposée sur le tuyau de gorge et le capteur de position étant disposé sur la pièce de déclenchement sur le côté opposé à la buse. La possibilité de déformation d'une table d'impression est réduite et la précision de nivellement de la table d'impression est augmentée.
