Disclosed is a multiple adsorption polycarboxylic acid water-reducer, which is composed of 30-60% wt of a macromolecule with multiple adsorption functional groups and water, wherein the macromolecule with multiple adsorption functional groups has a polyethylene glycol side chain, and the adsorption groups of the polymer main chain thereof comprise a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group and a phosphonic acid group, the phosphonic acid group being linked to the main chain of the macromolecule with multiple adsorption functional groups by means of nucleophilic addition. The adaptability to different cements and aggregates of the water-reducer is significantly improved while maintaining a high water reduction efficiency, compared with a traditional polycarboxylic acid water-reducer. The water-reducer can have a better water reduction efficiency in many different grades of cements, and at the same time, has a better resistance to aggregates with more impurities such as machine-made sand.

L'invention concerne un réducteur d'eau à base d'acide polycarboxylique à adsorption multiple, qui est composé de 30 à 60 % en poids d'une macromolécule ayant de multiples groupes fonctionnels d'adsorption et d'eau, la macromolécule ayant de multiples groupes fonctionnels d'adsorption comportant une chaîne latérale polyéthylène glycol, et les groupes d'adsorption de sa chaîne polymère principale comprenant un groupe acide carboxylique, un groupe acide sulfonique et un groupe acide phosphonique, le groupe acide phosphonique étant lié à la chaîne principale de la macromolécule avec de multiples groupes fonctionnels d'adsorption au moyen d'une addition nucléophile. L'adaptabilité à différents ciments et agrégats du réducteur d'eau est considérablement améliorée tout en maintenant un rendement élevé de réduction d'eau, par comparaison avec un réducteur d'eau à base d'acide polycarboxylique classique. Le réducteur d'eau peut présenter une meilleure efficacité de réduction de l'eau dans de nombreuses qualités de ciments différents, et en même temps, a une meilleure résistance aux agrégats avec davantage d'impuretés telles que le sable de machine.

本发明公开了一种多元吸附聚羧酸减水剂,其组成为30~60%wt的具有多元吸附官能团的大分子和水,所述具有多元吸附官能团的大分子有聚乙二醇侧链,其聚合物主链的吸附基团有羧酸基团、磺酸基团和膦酸基团,且所述磷酸基团通过亲核加成的方式链接到所述具有多元吸附官能团的大分子的主链上。相比于传统的聚羧酸减水剂,该减水剂在保持高减水效能的同时,对不同水泥和骨料的适应性得到明显改善,在多种不同等级的水泥中均能较好发挥减水效能,同时,对机制砂等含杂质较多的骨料耐受性较好。
