Abstract

A heat insulation plate raw material composition, a heat insulation plate, and a production process for the heat insulation plate. The components in parts by weight of the heat insulation plate raw material composition comprise: 60-80 parts of a siliceous substance, 17-28 parts of a binder, 5-8 parts of polystyrene particles, and 20-60 parts of water, wherein the binder comprises calcium oxide and/or calcium hydroxide. The tensile strength of the prepared heat insulation plate is 0.2 MPa or above, the compressive strength is 0.3 MPa or above, the bending deformation is 4 mm or above, the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.055 W/(m•K) or below at 25°C, the volume water absorption rate is 5.5% or below, and the fireproof grade is non-combustible, i.e., being not lower than A2 grade.

L'invention concerne une composition de matière première de plaque d'isolation thermique, une plaque d'isolation thermique et un procédé de production de la plaque d'isolation thermique. Les constituants en parties en poids de la composition de matière première de plaque d'isolation thermique comprennent : 60 à 80 parties d'une substance siliceuse, 17 à 28 parties d'un liant, 5 à 8 parties de particules de polystyrène et 20 à 60 parties d'eau, le liant comprenant de l'oxyde de calcium et/ou de l'hydroxyde de calcium. La résistance à la traction de la plaque d'isolation thermique préparée est de 0,2 MPa ou plus, la résistance à la compression est de 0,3 MPa ou plus, la déformation à la flexion est de 4 mm ou plus, le coefficient de conductivité thermique est de 0,055 W/ (m•K) ou moins à 25 °C, le taux volumique d'absorption d'eau est de 5,5 % ou moins, et la catégorie ignifuge est non combustible, c'est-à-dire n'étant pas inférieure à la catégorie A2.

一种保温板原料组合物、保温板及其制作工艺,保温板原料组合物的组分及重量配比包括:硅质物60~80份、粘结剂17~28份、聚苯乙烯颗粒5~8份和水20-60份,其中,粘结剂包括氧化钙和/或氢氧化钙。制备的保温板抗拉强度0.2MPa以上、抗压强度0.3MPa以上,弯曲变形4mm以上,导热系数在25℃下0.055W/(m·K)以下,体积吸水率在5.5%以下,防火等级为不燃即不低于A2级。
