Abstract

Disclosed are a preparation method and a use of water soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dots. The preparation method uses a silane as a silicon source and involves subjecting the silane and sodium citrate to a hydrothermal reaction to prepare the water soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dots, the method being easy to control and low cost. The silicon quantum dots prepared thereby have a high quantum efficiency, strong UV absorption, good monodispersity, and excellent water solubility and pH stability, and can complex with chloroplasts to significantly enhance the photosynthesis of chloroplasts and promote plant growth and photosynthesis. The water soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dots have the characteristics of enhancing plant photosynthesis and can find use in plant photosynthesis, particularly in the preparation of plant nutrient solutions.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation et une utilisation de points quantiques de silicium fluorescents bleus solubles dans l'eau. Le procédé de préparation utilise un silane en tant que source de silicium et comprend l'opération consistant à soumettre le silane et du citrate de sodium à une réaction hydrothermale pour préparer les points quantiques de silicium fluorescents bleus solubles dans l'eau, le procédé étant facile à régler et à faible coût. Les points quantiques de silicium ainsi préparés ont un rendement quantique élevé, une forte absorption des UV, une bonne monodispersité et d'excellentes solubilité dans l'eau et stabilité de pH et peuvent se complexer avec des chloroplastes pour amplifier considérablement la photosynthèse de chloroplastes et favoriser la croissance et la photosynthèse de plantes. Les points quantiques de silicium fluorescents bleus solubles dans l'eau présentent les caractéristiques d'amplification de la photosynthèse de plantes et peuvent trouver une utilisation en photosynthèse de plantes, en particulier dans la préparation de solutions nutritives pour des plantes.

一种水溶性蓝色荧光硅量子点的制备方法及其应用。制备方法为以硅烷为硅源,由硅烷与柠檬酸钠通过水热反应制备水溶性蓝色荧光硅量子点;制备方法易操作,成本低。制备得到的硅量子点具有较高的量子效率、强的紫外吸收、较好的单分散性、良好的水溶性和pH稳定性,其与叶绿体复合后显著提高叶绿体的光合作用,促进植物生长及光合作用。该水溶性蓝色荧光硅量子点,具有增强植物光合作用的特点,可用于在植物光合作用中的应用,主要可用于制备植物营养液中的应用。
