Abstract

The present invention relates to a plastic composite material capable of being polished and connected to metal, and a preparation method therefor. The composite material comprises, in parts by weight, the following components: PBT: 50-80; GF: 10-50; nano titanium dioxide: 1-5; a dispersing fluid medium: 3-10; compatibilizer: 1-8; a toughening agent: 5-10; an antioxidant: 0.1-1; and a lubricating agent: 0.1-1. The preparation method therefor comprises: (a) mixing the PBT resin, the nano titanium dioxide, the toughening agent, the compatibilizer, the antioxidant, and the lubricating agent in a mixer; and (b) subjecting the mixture obtained in step a to blending granulation by means of a double-screw extruder, laterally feeding the GF, and performing melt extrusion and granulation to obtain the plastic composite material. Compared with the prior art, the plastic composite material provided by the present invention has high affinity with metal and excellent post-processing polishing performance by adding a compatibilizer by means of a special process.

La présente invention concerne un matériau composite plastique pouvant être poli et raccordé à du métal, et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau composite comprend, en parties en poids, les composants suivants : PBT : 50-80; GF : 10-50; nano-dioxyde de titane : 1-5; un milieu fluide de dispersion : 3-10; un agent de compatibilité : 1-8; un agent de trempe : 5-10; un antioxydant : 0,1-1; et un agent lubrifiant : 0,1-1. Ce procédé de préparation consiste à: (a) mélanger la résine PBT, le nano-dioxyde de titane, l'agent de trempe, l'agent de compatibilité, l'antioxydant et l'agent lubrifiant dans un mélangeur; et (b) soumettre le mélange obtenu à l'étape a à une granulation par mélange au moyen d'une extrudeuse à double vis, alimenter latéralement le GF, et effectuer une extrusion de matière fondue et une granulation pour obtenir le matériau composite plastique. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, le matériau composite plastique de la présente invention présente une affinité élevée avec le métal et une excellente performance de polissage post-traitement par ajout d'un agent de compatibilité au moyen d'un procédé spécial.
