Abstract

An array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device. The array substrate comprises: a base substrate, having a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a via hole penetrating through the body of the base substrate; a switch element, located on the first side of the base substrate; and a pixel electrode, located on the second side of the base substrate and electrically connected to the switch element through the via hole. The array substrate can reduce or eliminate light leakage during dark state display.

L'invention concerne un substrat de réseau, son procédé de fabrication et un dispositif électronique. Le substrat de réseau comprend : un substrat de base, ayant un premier côté, un second côté opposé au premier côté, et un trou d'interconnexion pénétrant à travers le corps du substrat de base ; un élément de commutation, situé sur le premier côté du substrat de base ; et une électrode de pixel, située sur le second côté du substrat de base et connectée électriquement à l'élément de commutation par l'intermédiaire du trou d'interconnexion. Le substrat de réseau peut réduire ou éliminer une infiltration de lumière pendant un affichage à l'état sombre.
