A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, a display panel, and a display device. The pixel circuit (100) comprises a light emitting driving circuit (11), a memory circuit (12), and a data writing circuit (13). A first end of the memory circuit (12) is electrically connected to the data writing circuit (13) and the light emitting driving circuit (11). A second end of the memory circuit (12) is configured to receive a control signal (Vcs). The memory circuit (12) is configured to receive and store a first data voltage (Vdata1) transmitted by the data writing circuit (13) and to generate, according to the control signal (Vcs) and the first data voltage (Vdata1), a first control voltage (Vcv) varying with time, such that the first control voltage (Vcv) is applied to the light emitting driving circuit (11) so as to control an activation time of the light emitting driving circuit (11). The light emitting driving circuit (11) is configured to drive, under the control of the first control voltage (Vcv), a light emitting element (10) to emit light.

L’invention concerne un circuit de pixel et son procédé de pilotage, un panneau d’affichage et un dispositif d’affichage. Le circuit de pixel (100) comprend un circuit de pilotage d'émission de lumière (11), un circuit de mémoire (12) et un circuit d'écriture de données (13). Une première borne du circuit de mémoire (12) est électriquement connectée au circuit d'écriture de données (13) et au circuit de pilotage d'émission de lumière (11). Une seconde borne du circuit de mémoire (12) est configurée pour recevoir un signal de commande (Vcs). Le circuit de mémoire (12) est configuré pour recevoir et stocker une première tension de données (Vdata1) transmise par le circuit d'écriture de données (13) et pour générer, en fonction du signal de commande (Vcs) et de la première tension de données (Vdata1), une première tension de commande (Vcv) variant avec le temps, de manière à appliquer la première tension de commande (Vcv) au circuit de pilotage d'émission de lumière (11) de façon à commander un temps d'activation du circuit de pilotage d'émission de lumière (11). Le circuit de pilotage d'émission de lumière (11) est configuré pour attaquer, sous la commande de la première tension de commande (Vcv), un élément électroluminescent (10) pour qu'il émette de la lumière.
