Provided is a pseudopeptide compound comprising: a subunit of cysteine (Cys), a subunit of 1, 4-butanediamine (Nlys), a subunit of piperonylamine, a subunit of propionamide and a subunit of 1-naphthylamine, wherein the pseudopeptide compound shows at the same time affinity and selectivity for EGFR protein, and non-toxic drug encapsulation efficiency. Further provided are a nanocarrier comprising the pseudopeptide, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and the uses of the pharmaceutical composition in preparing a drug for treating diseases associated with a human epidermal growth factor receptor 1 (EGFR).

L’invention concerne un composé pseudopeptidique comprenant : une sous-unité de cystéine (Cys), une sous-unité de 1,4-butanediamine (Nlys), une sous-unité de pipéronylamine, une sous-unité de propionamide et une sous-unité de 1-naphthylamine, le composé pseudopeptidique possédant à la fois une affinité et une sélectivité pour la protéine EGFR couplées à une efficacité d’encapsulation d’un médicament et à une innocuité de celui-ci. L’invention concerne également un nanovecteur renfermant le pseudopeptide, sa composition pharmaceutique et les applications de cette dernière dans la préparation d’un médicament pour le traitement de maladies associées à un récepteur 1 de l’EGF humain (EGFR).
