A signal protection circuit and a driving method and device thereof. The voltage of an input signal end is divided by a voltage division circuit (10) and then a divided voltage is output, a signal control circuit (20) outputs a switch control signal of a first level when the divided voltage is greater than a first threshold voltage and the divided voltage is less than a second threshold voltage, and therefore, an output control circuit (30) may conduct the input signal end and an output signal end in response to the switch control signal of the first level. The signal control circuit (20) may output a switch control signal of a second level when the divided voltage is less than the first threshold voltage or the divided voltage is greater than the second threshold voltage, and the output control circuit (30) may conduct the input signal end and a ground end in response to the switch control signal of the second level.

L'invention concerne un circuit de protection de signal, ainsi qu'un procédé et un dispositif de commande correspondants. La tension d'une extrémité de signal d'entrée est divisée par un circuit de division de tension (10) puis une tension divisée est émise en sortie, un circuit de commande de signal (20) émet en sortie un signal de commande de commutation d'un premier niveau lorsque la tension divisée est supérieure à une première tension de seuil et lorsque la tension divisée est inférieure à une seconde tension de seuil, et ainsi, un circuit de commande de sortie (30) peut conduire l'extrémité de signal d'entrée et une extrémité de signal de sortie en réponse au signal de commande de commutation du premier niveau. Le circuit de commande de signal (20) peut émettre en sortie un signal de commande de commutation d'un second niveau lorsque la tension divisée est inférieure à la première tension de seuil ou lorsque la tension divisée est supérieure à la seconde tension de seuil, et le circuit de commande de sortie (30) peut conduire l'extrémité de signal d'entrée et une extrémité de terre en réponse au signal de commande de commutation du second niveau.
