Provided are a video processing method and device. The method comprises: if a size of the current block is greater than or equal to a preset size, performing inter-frame prediction on the current block by using a motion vector of one precision of integer pixel precision and sub-pixel precision; and if the size of the current block is less than or equal to the preset size, performing inter-frame prediction on the current block by using a motion vector of the integer pixel precision. If the size of the current block is less than or equal to the preset size, the current block is forbidden to perform inter-frame prediction by using the motion vector of the sub-pixel precision, instead of completely forbidding the current block to perform inter-frame prediction as a relevant technique does, so that the coding property is ensured as much as possible while reducing data throughput.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement vidéo. Le procédé comprend : si une taille du bloc en cours est supérieure ou égale à une taille prédéfinie, la réalisation d'une prédiction inter-trames sur le bloc en cours à l'aide d'un vecteur de mouvement d'une précision de précision de pixel entier et de précision de sous-pixel ; et si la taille du bloc en cours est inférieure ou égale à la taille prédéfinie, la réalisation d'une prédiction inter-trames sur le bloc en cours à l'aide d'un vecteur de mouvement de la précision de pixel entier. Si la taille du bloc en cours est inférieure ou égale à la taille prédéfinie, le bloc en cours n'est pas autorisé à effectuer une prédiction inter-trames à l'aide du vecteur de mouvement de la précision de sous-pixel, au lieu d'interdire complètement au bloc en cours de réaliser une prédiction inter-trames comme le fait une technique associée, de telle sorte que la propriété de codage est assurée autant que possible tout en réduisant le débit de données.

提供一种视频处理方法和装置。该方法包括:如果当前块的尺寸大于或等于预设尺寸,采用整像素精度和亚像素精度中的一种精度的运动矢量对所述当前块进行帧间预测;如果当前块的尺寸小于或等于所述预设尺寸,采用整像素精度的运动矢量对所述当前块进行帧间预测。如果当前块的尺寸小于或等于预设尺寸,则禁止其采用亚像素精度的运动矢量进行帧间预测,而非像相关技术那样完全禁止当前块执行该帧间预测,从而可以在降低数据吞吐量的同时尽量保证编码性能。
