A measurement device (1) and a measurement method. The measurement device (1) comprises an oscillation circuit (11), a time average frequency-frequency lock loop (12), and a digital signal processing circuit (13), wherein the oscillation circuit (11) comprises an element to be measured and is configured to output a signal having an oscillation frequency associated with an element value of said element; the time average frequency-frequency lock loop (12) is configured to receive a signal output by the oscillation circuit (11), and to output a frequency control word associated with the oscillation frequency; and the digital signal processing circuit (13) is configured to read the frequency control word output by the time average frequency-frequency lock loop (12), and obtain the element value of said element according to the read frequency control word. The measurement device (1) is easy to be integrated, has small volume, low power consumption, and high reliability, and can implement high-precision measurement.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure (1) et un procédé de mesure. Le dispositif de mesure (1) comprend un circuit d'oscillation (11), une boucle de verrouillage de fréquence de fréquence moyenne en temps (12), et un circuit de traitement de signal numérique (13), le circuit d'oscillation (11) comprenant un élément à mesurer et étant configuré pour délivrer en sortie un signal ayant une fréquence d'oscillation associée à une valeur d'élément dudit élément ; la boucle de verrouillage de fréquence de fréquence moyenne en temps (12) est configurée pour recevoir un signal délivré par le circuit d'oscillation (11), et pour délivrer en sortie un mot de commande de fréquence associé à la fréquence d'oscillation ; et le circuit de traitement de signal numérique (13) est configuré pour lire le mot de commande de fréquence délivré par la boucle de verrouillage de fréquence de fréquence moyenne en temps (12), et obtenir la valeur d'élément dudit élément en fonction du mot de commande de fréquence lu. Le dispositif de mesure (1) est facile à intégrer, présente un faible volume, une faible consommation d'énergie et une fiabilité élevée, et peut mettre en œuvre une mesure de haute précision.
