The invention relates to a biochemical diagnostic test conducted on peripheral blood, which makes it possible to diagnose Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It specifically measures the serum levels of at least six markers corresponding to two functional lipid groups, specifically sphingolipids and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFAs). C16:0 ceramide, C24:0 ceramide, C24:1 deoxy-(dihydro)ceramide and sphinganine 1-phosphate, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), detecting a variation in concentrations with respect to the values for the control population.

La invención apunta a una Prueba diagnóstica bioquímica realizada en sangre periférica, que permite el diagnóstico de Trastorno por Déficit Atencional e Hiperactividad (TDAH). Específicamente, se miden los niveles séricos de al menos 6 marcadores correspondientes a 2 grupos de lípidos funcionales, esfingolípidos y ácidos grasos poliinsaturados de cadena larga (LC-PUFAs), específicamente: Ceramida C16:0, Ceramida C24:0, Deoxi dihidro-ceramida C24:1 y Esfinganina 1-fosfato, ácido docosahexaenoico (DHA) y ácido eicosapentaenoico (EPA), detectándose una variación en las concentraciones respecto de los valores para la población control.

L'invention concerne un test diagnostique biochimique effectué sur le sang périphérique, permettant le diagnostic de trouble déficit de l'attention/hyperactivité (TDAH). Spécifiquement, on mesure les niveaux sériques d'au moins 6 marqueurs correspondants à 2 groupes de lipides fonctionnels, les sphingolipides et les acides gras polyinsaturés à chaîne longue (LC-PUFA), spécifiquement : le céramide C16:0, le céramide C24:0, le désoxydihydro-céramide C24:1 et le sphinganine 1-phosphate, l'acide docosahexaénoïque (DHA) et l'acide eicosapentaénoïque (EPA), une variation des concentrations par rapport aux valeurs pour la population témoin étant détectée.
