Abstract

The invention relates to elevated multi-purpose string-type transport systems. The present system is comprised of bases (1) on which are mounted terminal supports (2) and intermediate supports (3) having at least one rail track (4) fastened in the spans (X) therebetween, along which at least one wheeled vehicle (7) travels. According to the invention, load bearing elements (5) of a load bearing member (6) of the rail track (4) are tensioned and anchored both on the terminal anchoring supports (2) and on the intermediate anchoring supports (3). The partial anchoring of the load-bearing elements (5) on the intermediate anchoring supports (3) makes it possible to evenly distribute the overall tensile force experienced by the load bearing member (6) and transmitted to the intermediate anchoring supports (3) and thus reduce the load on said supports, to increase the stability of the terminal supports (2) and the reliability of the transport system and to achieve the effect of a smooth ride, while reducing material consumption and the cost both of the supports and of the load bearing member (6) together with the load bearing elements (5) and the rail track (4) as a whole.

L'invention se rapporte au domaine des systèmes de transport de type câble. Ce système comprend des supports d'extémité (2) et intermédiaires (3) montés sur une base (1), et au moins un filin de rail (4) qui est fixé dans les étendues (X,) entre ces derniers, et sur lequel on envoie au moins un moyen de transport à roues (7). Des éléments de force (5) d'un organe de force (6) du filin de rail (4) sont tendus et ancrés, selon la solution envisagée, sur les supports d'ancrage d'extrémité (2) et intermédiaires (3). L'ancrage partiel des éléments de force (5) sur les supports d'ancrage intermédiaires (3) permet de répartir uniformément la force globale de tension de l'organe moteur (6) transmise sur les supports d'ancrage intermédiaires (3) et d'assurer en même temps un allègement de la force sur ces derniers, d'augmenter la stabilité des supports d'extrémité (2) et la fiabilité du système de transport, et d'obtenir un effet de "voie continue" tout en réduisant la quantité de matériaux et les coûts tant pour les supports que pour l'organe de force (6) avec les éléments de force (5) et le câble de rail (4) dans leur ensemble.

Изобретение относится к надземным комплексным транспортным системам струнного типа. Система включает установленные на основании (1) концевые (2) и промежуточные (3) опоры, в пролетах (X) между которыми закрепляют, по меньшей мере, одну рельсовую нить (4) и направляют по ней, по меньшей мере, одно колесное транспортное средство (7). Силовые элементы (5) силового органа (6) рельсовой нити (4) натягивают и анкерят, в соответствии с проектным решением, как на концевых (2), так и на промежуточных (3) анкерных опорах. Частичное анкерение силовых элементов (5) на промежуточных (3) анкерных опорах позволяет равномерно распределить общее усилие натяжения силового органа (6), передаваемое на промежуточные (3) анкерные опоры и тем самым обеспечить их силовую разгрузку, повысить устойчивость концевых 2 опор, надежность транспортной системы и достижение эффекта «бархатного пути» при снижении материалоемкости и стоимости как опор, так и силового органа (6) вместе с силовыми элементами (5) и рельсовой нитью (4) в целом.
