A process for preparing C2 to C4 olefins includes introducing a feed stream comprising hydrogen gas and a carbon-containing gas selected from carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and mixtures thereof into a reaction zone of a reactor. The feed stream is converted into a product stream including C2 to C4 olefins in the reaction zone in the presence of the hybrid catalyst. The hybrid catalyst includes a metal oxide catalyst component comprising gallium oxide and phase pure zirconia, and a microporous catalyst component.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'oléfines en C2 à C4 qui consiste à introduire un flux d'alimentation comprenant un gaz d'hydrogène et un gaz contenant du carbone choisi parmi le monoxyde de carbone, le dioxyde de carbone et des mélanges de ceux-ci dans une zone de réaction d'un réacteur. Le flux d'alimentation est converti en un flux de produit comprenant des oléfines en C2 à C4 dans la zone de réaction en présence d'un catalyseur hybride. Le catalyseur hybride comprend un composant catalyseur d'oxyde métallique comprenant de l'oxyde de gallium et du zircone en phase pure, et un composant catalyseur microporeux.
