Herein is disclosed an infrastructure state prediction device comprising a memory device onto which an infrastructure state model corresponding to a location and a state timing of a plurality of infrastructure elements is stored; one or more processors, communicatively coupled to the memory device and configured to receive measurement information representing a location and an observed state of a first infrastructure element; determine a predicted state of a second infrastructure element based on a state timing corresponding to a second infrastructure element; determine a movement information based on the observed state of the first infrastructure element, the predicted state of the second infrastructure element and a relation between the location of the first infrastructure element and a location of the second infrastructure element; and generate a message comprising the movement information.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de prédiction d'état d'infrastructure comprenant un dispositif de mémoire sur lequel un modèle d'état d'infrastructure correspondant à un emplacement et un instant d'état d'une pluralité d'éléments d'infrastructure sont stockés ; un ou plusieurs processeurs, couplés de manière à communiquer avec le dispositif de mémoire et configurés pour recevoir des informations de mesure représentant un emplacement et un état observé d'un premier élément d'infrastructure ; la détermination d'un état prédit d'un second élément d'infrastructure sur la base d'une synchronisation d'état correspondant à un second élément d'infrastructure ; la détermination d'informations de mouvement sur la base de l'état observé du premier élément d'infrastructure, l'état prédit du second élément d'infrastructure et une relation entre l'emplacement du premier élément d'infrastructure et un emplacement du second élément d'infrastructure ; et la génération un message comprenant les informations de mouvement.
