Abstract

The present invention includes a method to increase romidepsin concentration in a bacteria fermentation media. Romidepsin concentration in a fermentation is increased by adding, for example, copper sulfate. The end resulting romidepsin concentration is increased by at least about two fold as compare to fermentation without copper sulfate.

La présente invention concerne une méthode d'augmentation de concentration de romidepsine dans un milieu de fermentation de bactéries. La concentration de romidepsine dans une fermentation est augmentée par ajout, par exemple, de sulfate de cuivre. La concentration de romidepsine finale ainsi obtenue est augmentée d'au moins environ deux fois par comparaison à la fermentation sans sulfate de cuivre.
