Abstract

The inventions relate to medical microbiology, the pharmaceutical industry, and more particularly to vaccine preparations, namely vaccines against Klebsiella and Proteus, methods for production thereof and methods of treatment and prophylaxis, and can be used for the treatment and prophylaxis of localised and systemic, acute and chronic diseases of bacterial aetiology in children and adults. The vaccine comprises Klebsiella pneumonia, Klebsiella oxytoca, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus mirabilis, and Proteus peneri bacterial strains, no less than 2 Klebsiella species and 3 Proteus species in total, including 21 original bacterial strains, more particularly: Klebsiella pneumonia - 9, Klebsiella oxytoca - 3, Proteus vulgaris - 5, Proteus mirabilis - 3, and Proteus peneri – 1 of a specific location, which are isolated from various acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of bacterial aetiology in children and adults, which have various degrees of antibiotic resistance and include hospital strains having 100% antibiotic resistance. The inventions make it possible to increase the immunogenic effect of the vaccine, to enhance the immunological and clinical effects following the vaccination while avoiding allergic reactions, and to broaden the range of applications.

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la microbiologie médicale, de l'industrie pharmaceutique, en particulier des préparations de vaccins, et concerne notamment des vaccins contre les klebsielles et le proteus, des procédés de préparation et des procédés de traitement et de prévention, et peut être utilisée pour le traitement et la prévention d'affections locales et systémiques et aiguës et chroniques d'éthiologie bactérienne chez les enfants et les adultes. Ce vaccin comprend des souches de bactéries Klebsiella pneumonia, Klebsiella oxytoca, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus peneri, soit au moins 2 types de klebsielles et 3 types de proteus, y compris 21 souches originales de bactéries, à savoir: Klebsiella pneumonia - 9, Klebsiella oxytoca - 3, Proteus vulgaris - 5, Proteus mirabilis - 3, Proteus peneri - 1 de localisation prédéterminée, destinées à diverses affections inflammatoires aiguës et chroniques d'éthiologie bactérienne chez les enfants et les adultes, qui présentent différents degrés de résistance aux antibiotiques, y compris les souches nosocomiales ayant une résistance de 100% aux antibiotiques. Cette invention permet d'augmenter l'effet immunogène du vaccin, de renforcer l'effet immunologique et clinique après la vaccination sans réactions allergiques, et d'obtenir un spectre d'application étendu.

Изобретения относятся к медицинской микробиологии, фармацевтической промышленности, в частности, к вакцинным препаратам, а именно, к вакцинам против клебсиеллы и протея, способам их изготовления и способам лечения и профилактики, и может быть использована для лечения и профилактики локальных и системных, острых и хронических заболеваний бактериальной этиологии у детей и взрослых. Вакцина включает штаммы бактерий Klebsiella pneumonia, Klebsiella oxytoca, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus peneri, всего не менее 2-х видов клебсиелл и 3-х видов протея, в том числе 21 оригинальный штамм бактерий, а именно: Klebsiella pneumonia - 9, Klebsiella oxytoca - 3, Proteus vulgaris - 5, Proteus mirabilis - 3, Proteus peneri - 1, определенной локации, выделенных при различных острых и хронических воспалительных заболеваниях бактериальной этиологии у детей и взрослых, с разной степенью резистентности к антибиотикам, включая госпитальные штаммы со 100%-ной антибиотикорезистентностью. Изобретения обеспечивают повышение иммуногенного эффекта вакцины, усиление иммунологического и клинического эффекта после вакцинации без аллергических реакций, широкий спектр применения.
