Abstract

This invention based on a microfluidic device that is used for in vitro selective capture of biological entities suspended in a medium based on immunoaffinity technique. The device includes symmetric hydrofoil pillars arranged inside ellipse segments acting as microfluidic channel which provides continuous change of attack angles between the pillars and biological entities.

La présente invention est basée sur un dispositif microfluidique qui est utilisé pour la capture sélective in vitro d'entités biologiques en suspension dans un milieu sur la base d'une technique d'immunoaffinité. Le dispositif comprend des piliers en forme d'hydrofoils symétriques disposés à l'intérieur de segments elliptiques agissant comme un canal microfluidique qui permet un changement continu d'angles d'attaque entre les piliers et les entités biologiques.
