The invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A testing system is proposed for determining the enzymatic activity of bacteria on ammonia. The testing system comprises: a support having a reactive element; a fixing plate on said support, which plate has an opening for accommodating biological material; and a cover plate on the fixing plate. The reactive element consists of an opaque indicator layer comprising an ammonia-sensitive indicator and consists of a sensitive layer which comprises a substrate for detecting enzymatic activity and which constitutes a semi-permeable, hydrophobic membrane. Furthermore, the surfaces of the support and the fixing plate which face each other are connected by an adhesive layer, and the area of the sensitive layer of the element is greater than the area of the indicator layer. Moreover, the support, the fixing plate and the cover plate are made from an impermeable, hydrophobic material, and their thickness and also the thickness of each of the layers of the reactive element are each between 50 and 300 micrometres. The invention reduces the time for determining the activity of enzymatic reactions, and expands the samples that can be investigated.

L'invention se rapporte au domaine des biotechnologies. L'invention concerne un système de test pour déterminer l'activité de fermentation de bactéries par rapport à l'ammoniac. Ce système de test comprend un substrat avec un élément réactif, une feuille de fixation sur le substrat avec une ouverture pour placer un matériau biologique, et une feuille de couverture sur la feuille de fixation. L'élément réactif comprend une couche d'indication non transparente contenant un indicateur et sensible à l'ammoniac, et une couche sensible comprenant un substrat pour détecter l'activité de fermentation et consistant en une membrane hydrophobe semi-perméable. Les surfaces orientées l'une vers l'autre du substrat et de la feuille de fixation sont connectées par une couche de colle, et la superficie de la couche sensible de l'élément est supérieure à la superfice de la couche d'indication. Le substrat et les feuilles de fixation et de couverture sont faits d'un matériau hydrophobe imperméable, et leur épaisseur ainsi que l'épaisseur de chacune des couches de l'élément réactif va de 50 à 300 microns. Изобретение относится к области биотехнологии. Предложена тест-система для определения ферментативной активности бактерий по аммиаку. Тест-система содержит подложку с реактивным элементом, фиксирующий лист на подложке с отверстием для размещения биологического материала, покровный лист на фиксирующем листе. Реактивный элемент состоит из содержащего индикатор чувствительного к аммиаку непрозрачного индикаторного слоя и содержащего субстрат для обнаружения ферментативной активности и представляющего собой полупроницаемую гидрофобную мембрану чувствительного слоя. При этом обращенные друг к другу поверхности подложки и фиксирующего листа соединены клеевым слоем, площадь чувствительного слоя элемента больше площади индикаторного слоя. Причём подложка, фиксирующий и покровный листы выполнены из непроницаемого гидрофобного материала, а их толщина, а также толщина каждого из слоев реактивного элемента составляет от 50 до 300 мкм. Изобретение обеспечивает сокращение времени определения активности ферментативных реакций и расширение исследуемых образцов.
