The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for combining a 5G communication system with Internet of things (IoT) technology for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4th generation (4G) system, and a system thereof. The present disclosure can be applied to 5th generation (5G) communication and IoT related technology-based intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail business, security and safety related services, etc.). According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, in a wireless communication system, an operation method of a base station may comprise the steps of: performing a channel access procedure in an unlicensed band; acquiring a result of transmitting a downlink signal in a reference slot, on the basis of the channel access procedure; and determining a size of a contention section for a subsequent channel access procedure on the basis of the transmission result, wherein the reference slot is a starting slot in downlink transmission by the base station.

La présente invention concerne une technique de communication permettant de combiner un système de communication 5G avec une technologie de l'Internet des objets (IdO) pour prendre en charge un débit de transmission de données supérieur à celui d’un système de 4e génération (4G). L'invention concerne également un système associé. La présente invention peut être appliquée à une communication de 5e génération (5G) et à des services intelligents basés sur une technologie associée à l'IdO (par exemple les habitations intelligentes, les bâtiments intelligents, les villes intelligentes, les voitures intelligentes ou connectées, les soins de santé, l'enseignement numérique, le commerce de détail, les services liés à la sécurité et à la sûreté, etc.). Selon divers modes de réalisation de la présente invention, dans un système de communication sans fil, un procédé de commande d'une station de base peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : effectuer une procédure d'accès au canal dans une bande sans licence ; acquérir un résultat de transmission d'un signal de liaison descendante dans un intervalle de référence sur la base de la procédure d'accès au canal ; et déterminer une taille d'une section de contention pour une procédure d'accès au canal suivante sur la base du résultat de transmission, l’intervalle de référence étant un intervalle de début dans la transmission de liaison descendante par la station de base.

본 개시는 4G(4th generation) 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G 통신 시스템을 IoT(Internet of things) 기술과 융합하는 통신 기법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 개시는 5G(5th generation) 통신 기술 및 IoT 관련 기술을 기반으로 지능형 서비스(예를 들어, 스마트 홈, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 시티, 스마트 카 혹은 커넥티드 카, 헬스 케어, 디지털 교육, 소매업, 보안 및 안전 관련 서비스 등)에 적용될 수 있다. 본 개시의 다양한 실시 예들에 따르면, 무선 통신 시스템에서, 기지국의 동작 방법은 비면허 대역(unlicensed band)에서 채널 접속 절차(channel access procedure)를 수행하는 과정과, 상기 채널 접속 절차에 기반하여 기준 슬롯(reference slot)에 대한 하향링크 신호의 전송 결과를 획득하는 과정과, 상기 전송 결과에 기반하여, 다음 채널 접속 절차를 위한 경쟁 구간의 크기를 결정하는 과정을 포함하고, 상기 기준 슬롯은, 상기 기지국에 의한 하향링크 전송에서의 시작 슬롯(starting slot)일 수 있다.
