The present application relates to a low-dimensional perovskite-based blue light-emitting device using spacer additive introduction, and a method for manufacturing the blue light-emitting device. The blue light-emitting device comprises a quasi-two-dimensional perovskite film comprising quasi-two-dimensional perovskite unit cells represented by chemical formula 1 (AαB2(R1NH3)n-1MnX3n+1+α, wherein A and B each independently comprise organic ammonium or alkali metal ions).
