A video signal encoding/decoding method and apparatus according to the present invention divide a current block into two prediction units, construct a list of merge candidates for the current block, derive motion information of the current block using a merge candidate index and the list of merge candidates of the current block, and perform inter-prediction of the current block using the derived motion information.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de codage/décodage vidéo qui divisent un bloc actuel en deux unités de prédiction, établissent une liste de candidats de fusion pour le bloc courant, déduisent des informations de mouvement du bloc actuel à l’aide d’un indice de candidat de fusion et de la liste des candidats de fusion du bloc actuel, et réalisent une inter-prédiction du bloc actuel à l’aide des informations de mouvement déduites.

본 발명에 따른 비디오 신호 부호화/복호화 방법 및 장치는, 현재 블록을 2개의 예측 유닛으로 분할하고, 현재 블록의 머지 후보 리스트를 구성하며, 현재 블록의 머지 후보 인덱스와 머지 후보 리스트를 이용하여 현재 블록의 움직임 정보를 유도하고, 유도된 움직임 정보를 이용하여 현재 블록의 인터 예측을 수행할 수 있다.
