Abstract

A device for removing water from livestock waste according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a porous filter which is hollow inside, includes an inlet port formed on one side thereof so as to feed livestock waste thereinto and a discharge port formed on the other side thereof so as to discharge dehydrated livestock waste therefrom, and has a plurality of water discharge holes formed such that the inside of the filter communicates with the outside of the filter through the discharge holes; and a screw which includes a rotary shaft and spiral blades formed in the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft, is formed such that both the pitch (P) between the blades and the depth (D) of valleys between the blades gradually decrease as going from the inlet port to the discharge port in the longitudinal direction, and is received in the porous filter while being spaced apart therefrom.

Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un dispositif d'élimination d'eau de déchets animaux comprend : un filtre poreux qui est creux à l'intérieur, comprenant un orifice d'entrée formé sur un côté de celui-ci de façon à y acheminer les déchets animaux et un orifice d'évacuation formé sur l'autre côté de celui-ci de façon à évacuer les déchets animaux déshydratés provenant de celui-ci, et comportant une pluralité de trous d'évacuation d'eau formés de telle sorte que l'intérieur du filtre communique avec l'extérieur du filtre à travers les trous d'évacuation; et une vis comprenant un arbre rotatif et des lames en spirale formées dans la direction longitudinale de l'arbre rotatif, est formée de telle sorte que le pas (P) entre les lames et la profondeur (D) des creux entre les lames diminuent progressivement de l'orifice d'entrée à l'orifice d'évacuation dans la direction longitudinale, et est accueillie dans le filtre poreux à une certaine distance de celui-ci.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 축산분뇨 수분 제거 장치는, 내부가 중공되어 있고 일측에 축산분뇨가 투입되는 투입구가 형성되고 타측에 탈수된 축산분뇨가 배출되는 배출구가 형성되며, 내부와 외부를 관통하는 복수개의 수분 배출공이 형성된 다공성 필터; 및 회전축 및 상기 회전축의 길이방향을 따라 나선형으로 형성된 날개를 포함하고, 상기 날개의 피치(P) 및 골 부분의 깊이(D)가 함께 길이방향으로 투입구 측에서 배출구 측으로 갈수록 점점 작아지게 형성되며, 상기 다공성 필터의 내부에 이격되게 수용된 스크류; 를 포함한다.
