The present invention relates to a vehicular lamp provided with a PCB integrated with a heat-dissipating structure, the lamp being light-weight and superbly efficient in dissipating heat by having LEDs mounted on a PCB integrated with a heat-dissipating structure in which a circuit for driving LEDs is disposed on a heat-dissipating structure comprising carbon material with superb thermal conductivity and heat-dissipation rate. The vehicular lamp comprises a lamp module provided with one or more LEDs connected to an electrically conductive layer of the PCB, wherein: the PCB is a PCB integrated with a heat-dissipating structure (100) in which an electrically conductive layer (130) having a circuit is adhered to a heat dissipating structure (110) comprising carbon material by means of an insulating bonding sheet (120); the carbon material of the heat-dissipating structure (110) comprises, with respect to the total weight, 40-60 wt% carbon mixture and 40-60 wt% polymer resin; the carbon mixture comprises dispersed carbon material and graphite material; the dispersed carbon material comprises a solvent and one more types of carbon material selected from the group consisting of carbon nanotubes, graphene, and carbon black; and the graphite material comprises two or more types selected from the group consisting of flaky graphite, expanded graphite, plate-type graphite and spherical graphite.

La présente invention concerne une lampe de véhicule pourvue d'une carte de circuit imprimé intégrée à une structure de dissipation de chaleur, la lampe étant légère et hautement efficace pour dissiper la chaleur grâce à des DEL montées sur une carte de circuit imprimé intégrée à une structure de dissipation de chaleur dans laquelle un circuit pour commander les DEL est disposé sur une structure de dissipation de chaleur comprenant un matériau carboné ayant une conductivité thermique et un taux de dissipation de chaleur excellents. La lampe de véhicule comprend un module de lampe pourvu d'une ou de plusieurs DEL connectées à une couche électroconductrice de la carte de circuit imprimé, la carte de circuit imprimé étant une carte de circuit imprimé intégrée à une structure de dissipation de chaleur (100) dans laquelle une couche électroconductrice (130) dotée d'un circuit est collée à une structure de dissipation de chaleur (110) comprenant un matériau carboné au moyen d'une feuille de liaison isolante (120); le matériau carboné de la structure de dissipation de chaleur (110) comprend, par rapport au poids total, de 40 à 60 % en poids de mélange de carbone et de 40 à 60 % en poids de résine polymère; le mélange carboné comprend un matériau carboné dispersé et un matériau de graphite; le matériau carboné dispersé comprend un solvant et un ou plusieurs types de matériau carboné choisis dans le groupe constitué par les nanotubes de carbone, le graphène et le noir de carbone; et le matériau de graphite comprend deux types ou plus choisis dans le groupe constitué par le graphite en paillettes, le graphite expansé, le graphite de type plaque et le graphite sphérique.

본 발명은 열전도도와 열방사율이 우수한 탄소계 소재로 이루어진 방열구조체에 LED를 구동하기 위한 회로가 형성되어 방열구조체 일체형 PCB를 구성하고 여기에 LED가 실장됨으로써 경량화됨은 물론 방열효과가 우수한 방열구조체 일체형 PCB가 구비된 차량용 램프에 관한 것으로, PCB의 전기전도층에 연결되는 하나 이상의 LED를 구비한 램프모듈을 포함하는 차량용 램프에 있어서, 상기 PCB는 탄소계 소재로 이루어진 방열구조체(110)에 회로가 형성된 전기전도층(130)이 절연본딩시트(120)에 의해 부착되어 형성되는 방열구조체 일체형 PCB(100)이고, 상기 방열구조체(110)를 형성하는 탄소계 소재는 총 중량을 기준으로 40~60중량%의 탄소계 혼합재료와 40~60중량%의 고분자 수지를 포함하며, 상기 탄소계 혼합재료는 탄소재료 분산물과 흑연재료를 포함하고, 상기 탄소재료 분산물을 탄소나노튜브, 그래핀 및 카본블랙으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄소재료와 용매를 포함하며, 상기 흑연재료는 인상흑연과 팽창흑연, 판상흑연, 구상흑연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
