The present application relates to: an ornithine decarboxylase or a protein variant thereof; a polynucleotide encoding same; a microorganism containing same; and a method for producing putrescine by using same. The present invention achieves effects of increasing the productivity, production efficiency or production selectivity of putrescine, and reducing costs during putrescine purification by suppressing side reactions.

La présente invention concerne : une ornithine décarboxylase ou un variant protéique de celle-ci; un polynucléotide codant pour celle-ci; un micro-organisme la contenant; et un procédé de production de putrescine à l'aide de celle-ci. La présente invention permet d'obtenir des effets d'augmentation de la productivité, de l'efficacité de production ou de la sélectivité de production de putrescine, et de réduction des coûts pendant la purification de putrescine par suppression de réactions secondaires.

본 출원은 오르니틴 탈탄산 효소 또는 단백질 변이형, 이를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 이를 포함하는 미생물 및 이를 이용하여 퓨트레신을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 퓨트레신 생산성, 생산 효율 또는 생산 선택성을 증대시키고, 부반응을 억제하여, 퓨트레신 정제시의 비용을 감소시키는 효과를 달성한다.
