The present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting diode that includes at least one emitting material layer including an anthracene-based host and a boron-based dopant, at least one electron blocking layer including an amine-based compound substituted with at least one fused aromatic or hetero aromatic ring, and optionally at least one hole blocking layer including an azine-based compound or a benzimidazole-based compound. The organic light emitting diode has enhanced luminous efficiency as well as excellent luminous lifetime.

La présente invention concerne une diode électroluminescente organique qui comprend au moins une couche de matériau d'émission comprenant un hôte à base d'anthracène et un dopant à base de bore, au moins une couche de blocage d'électrons comprenant un composé à base d'amine substitué par au moins un cycle aromatique ou hétéro aromatique fusionné, et éventuellement au moins une couche de blocage de trous comprenant un composé à base d'azine ou un composé à base de benzimidazole. La diode électroluminescente organique présente une efficacité lumineuse améliorée ainsi qu'une excellente durée de vie lumineuse.
