Disclosed is a battery module in which damage to internal components, occurring during an assembly process, is minimized. In order to achieve the objective, the battery module according to the present invention, comprises: a cell assembly having an electrode lead and a plurality of stacked secondary batteries; a busbar assembly having a busbar frame positioned in front of or behind the cell assembly, and a busbar loaded on the outer surface of the busbar frame; and an inner cover having a plate part, which is positioned outside the cell assembly, is formed into a plate shape, and has a chamfer formed on the outer circumference thereof, and a coupling part, which is provided on a portion of the outer circumference of the plate part and is coupled to one end of a body part of the busbar frame.

L'invention concerne un module de batterie dans lequel des dommages causés à des composants internes, se produisant pendant un processus d'assemblage, sont réduits au minimum. Afin d'atteindre l'objectif, le module de batterie selon la présente invention comprend : un ensemble de cellules ayant un fil d'électrode et une pluralité de batteries secondaires empilées ; un ensemble barre omnibus ayant un cadre de barre omnibus positionné devant ou derrière l'ensemble de cellules, et une barre omnibus chargée sur la surface extérieure du cadre de barre omnibus ; et un couvercle interne ayant une partie plaque, qui est positionnée à l'extérieur de l'ensemble de cellules, est formé selon une forme de plaque, et a un chanfrein formé sur sa circonférence externe, et une partie de couplage, qui est disposée sur une partie de la circonférence externe de la partie plaque et est couplée à une extrémité d'une partie corps du cadre de barre omnibus.

본 발명은 조립 과정에서 발생되는 내부 구성들의 손상을 최소화한 배터리 모듈을 개시한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은, 전극 리드를 구비하고 적층된 복수의 이차전지를 구비하는 셀 어셈블리; 상기 셀 어셈블리의 전방 또는 후방에 위치되는 버스바 프레임, 및 상기 버스바 프레임의 외측면에 탑재되는 버스바를 구비한 버스바 어셈블리; 및 상기 셀 어셈블리의 외측에 위치되고, 플레이트 형상으로 형성되며 외주부에 챔퍼가 형성된 플레이트부 및 상기 플레이트부의 외주부 중 일부위에는 상기 버스바 프레임의 본체부의 일단부와 결합된 결합부가 구비된 내부 커버를 포함한다.
