The present invention relates to a heat exchanger having a cooling water flow channel and an air flow channel formed, respectively, by lamination of flow channel plates, wherein the channel plates comprise: a cup portion in which the surrounding of a hole that is formed through both sides of the plate protrudes towards the air flow channel; and an inflow blocking portion that is formed near the cup portion to block the surrounding of the cup portion, wherein application of excessive thermal shock to the cup portion of the channel plates can be prevented by the inflow blocking portion that blocks the inflow of air, thereby providing an improved durability.

La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur, lequel échangeur a un canal d'écoulement d'eau de refroidissement et un canal d'écoulement d'air formés, respectivement, par stratification de plaques de canal d'écoulement, les plaques de canal comprenant : une partie de coupelle dans laquelle l'environnement d'un trou qui est formé à travers les deux côtés de la plaque fait saillie vers le canal d'écoulement d'air ; et une partie de bouchage d'écoulement d'entrée qui est formée à proximité de la partie de coupelle de façon à boucher l'environnement de la partie de coupelle, l'application d'un choc thermique excessif à la partie de coupelle des plaques de canal pouvant être empêchée par le bouchage, par la partie de bouchage d'écoulement d'entrée, de l'écoulement d'entrée d'air, de façon à permettre ainsi une durée de vie améliorée.

본 발명은 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 유로 플레이트들의 적층에 의해 냉각수 유로 및 공기 유로가 각각 형성되는 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 유로 플레이트들은 플레이트의 양면을 관통하도록 형성된 홀의 주변이 공기 유로쪽으로 돌출 형성된 컵부; 및 상기 컵부에 근접한 위치에서 컵부의 주변을 막도록 형성된 유입 차단부; 를 포함하여 이루어져, 공기가 유입되는 것을 막는 유입 차단부에 의해 유로 플레이트들의 컵부에 과도한 열충격이 가해지는 것을 방지할 수 있어 내구성이 향상된 열교환기에 관한 것이다.
