Disclosed are a catalyst, a method for producing the catalyst, an electrode comprising the catalyst, a membrane-electrode assembly comprising the electrode, and a fuel cell comprising the membrane-electrode assembly, the catalyst having superb catalytic activity that can be obtained by means of a simple post-treatment process of the raw catalyst. The catalyst according to the present invention comprises a support, and metal particles supported therein, wherein the metal particles comprise main particles and an additional metal layer thereon, and the main particles and additional metal layer comprise the same metal elements. The metal particles have a budding structure or a rod structure by having just a particular latticed active surface of the main particles grow to form the additional metal layer, or a core-shell structure by having the entire latticed active surface of the main particles grow to form the additional metal layer.

L'invention concerne un catalyseur, un procédé de production du catalyseur, une électrode comprenant le catalyseur, un ensemble membrane-électrode comprenant l'électrode, et un élément à combustible comprenant l'ensemble membrane-électrode, le catalyseur présentant une excellente activité catalytique pouvant être obtenue au moyen d'un processus de post-traitement simple du catalyseur brut. Le catalyseur selon la présente invention comprend un support, et des particules métalliques portées dans ledit support, les particules métalliques comprenant des particules principales et une couche métallique supplémentaire sur lesdites particules, et les particules principales et la couche métallique supplémentaire comprenant les mêmes éléments métalliques. Les particules métalliques présentent une structure de bourgeonnement ou une structure de tige due au développement d'une surface active en treillis particulière des particules principales afin de former la couche métallique supplémentaire, ou une structure cœur-coque due au développement de toute la surface active en treillis des particules principales afin de former la couche métallique supplémentaire.

미가공 촉매에 대한 간단한 후처리 공정을 통해 얻어질 수 있는 우수한 촉매 활성을 갖는 촉매, 그 제조방법, 그것을 포함하는 전극, 그것을 포함하는 막-전극 어셈블리, 및 그것을 포함하는 연료 전지가 개시된다. 본 발명의 촉매는, 담체; 및 상기 담체 상에 담지되어 있는 금속 입자를 포함하되, 상기 금속 입자는, 메인 입자; 및 상기 메인 입자 상의 추가 금속 층(additional metal layer)을 포함하며, 상기 메인 입자와 상기 추가 금속 층은 동일한 금속 원소를 포함하고, 상기 메인 입자의 특정 활성 격자면만 성장하여 상기 추가 금속 층이 형성됨으로써 상기 금속 입자가 버딩(budding) 구조 또는 막대(rod) 구조를 갖거나, 상기 메인 입자의 전체 활성 격자면이 성장하여 상기 추가 금속 층이 형성됨으로써 상기 금속 입자가 코어-쉘(core-shell) 구조를 갖는다.
