Disclosed in the present invention are a novel microbial community having ability to convert a high concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) to bio-sulfur, and a method for production of bio-sulfur or for removal of hydrogen sulfide from mixed gas, using same. A microbial community according to the present invention exhibits sulfur conversion such as to reduce a high concentration of 14,000 ppm or more to a residual sulfur level of 200 ppm or less, which meets the environmental safety rate (treatment rate) of 99% or higher, and can produce bio-sulfur on a mass scale.

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle communauté microbienne ayant la capacité de convertir une concentration élevée de sulfure d'hydrogène (H2S) en un bio-soufre, et un procédé de production de bio-soufre ou d'élimination de sulfure d'hydrogène à partir de gaz mixte l'utilisant. La communauté microbienne selon la présente invention présente une conversion de soufre de façon à réduire une concentration élevée de 14 000 ppm ou plus à un niveau de soufre résiduel de 200 ppm ou moins, satisfaisant le taux de sécurité environnementale (taux de traitement) de 99 % ou plus, et peut produire du bio-soufre à grande échelle.

본 발명에서는 고농도의 황화수소(H 2S)를 바이오황으로 전환능을 갖는 신규한 미생물 군집, 및 이를 이용하여 바이오황을 제조하는 방법 또는 혼합가스에서 황화수소를 제거하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 미생물 군집은 14,000ppm 이상의 고농도의 황화수소를 잔류 황화수소가 환경안전 기준인 200ppm 이하에 이르도록 전환하고 황 전환률(처리율)은 99% 이상으로 매우 우수하며 바이오황을 대량으로 생산할 수 있다.
