Provided in the present invention is a reference cassette for a fluorescence immunoassay diagnostic device, the cassette having, arranged in a case, fluorescent glass capable of maintaining fluorescence characteristics to be constant without causing degeneration, so as to accurately provide reference measurement information about the fluorescence detection amount during testing of the measurement accuracy of the fluorescence detection of the immunoassay diagnostic device, so that testing accuracy can improve, preventing decrease in measurement accuracy and being semi-permanently usable since the denaturation or deterioration of the fluorescent glass does not occur even if the cassette is used continuously, and providing a mask having a slit so as to limit the area of the fluorescent glass to be externally exposed to a specific area, thereby generating the type of fluorescence that is the same as that of a reaction area of a sample strip to be actually used, and thus more accurate reference measurement information can be provided.

La présente invention concerne une cassette de référence pour un dispositif de diagnostic d'immunoessai par fluorescence, la cassette comportant, disposé dans un boîtier, un verre fluorescent apte à conserver des caractéristiques de fluorescence constantes sans provoquer de dégénérescence, de manière à fournir avec précision des informations de mesure de référence concernant la quantité de détection de fluorescence pendant le test de la précision de mesure de la détection de fluorescence du dispositif de diagnostic d'immunoessai, de sorte à améliorer la précision du test, prévenant une diminution de la précision de mesure et pouvant être utilisée de manière semi-permanente de par le fait que la dénaturation ou la détérioration du verre fluorescent ne se produit pas même si la cassette est utilisée en continu, et fournissant un masque présentant une fente de façon à limiter la surface du verre fluorescent à exposer de l'extérieur à une surface spécifique, ce qui permet de générer le type de fluorescence qui est identique à celui d'une zone réactionnelle d'une bande d'échantillon à utiliser réellement, et ainsi des informations de mesure de référence plus précises peuvent être fournies.

본 발명은 형광 방식 면역 분석 진단 장치용 기준 카세트에 관한 것으로, 변성이 일어나지 않고 형광 특성을 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 형광 글래스를 케이스 내부에 배치함으로써, 면역 분석 진단 장치의 형광 검출에 대한 측정 정확도를 검사하는 과정에서 형광 검출량에 대한 기준 측정 정보를 정확하게 제공할 수 있어 검사의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 형광 글래스의 변성이나 열화가 발생하지 않아 계속적으로 사용하더라도 측정 정확도가 저하되지 않고 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 형광 글래스의 외부 노출 영역을 특정 영역으로 제한할 수 있도록 슬릿이 형성된 마스크를 구비함으로써, 실제 사용되는 시료 스트립의 반응 영역과 동일한 형태의 형광을 발생시킬 수 있어 더욱 정확한 기준 측정 정보를 제공할 수 있는 형광 방식 면역 분석 진단 장치용 기준 카세트를 제공한다.
