The present invention relates to a heat flux sensor installed on a boiler waterwall tube of a thermal power plant and, more specifically, to a heat flux sensor installed on a boiler waterwall tube of a thermal power plant, wherein the heat flux sensor is installed by drilling a hole into a membrane which connects a water tube forming a boiler waterwall and an adjacent water tube, thereby making it possible to secure accuracy and durability of the heat flux sensor for measuring a heat flux inside a boiler, ensuring safety of the boiler by eliminating a cutting process and a welding process of the waterwall, and enabling a simple installation, and as the problem of damaging thermocouples caused by a heat source in the welding process such as pin welding is simply solved by means of a fitting-engagement method by drilling a hole into the membrane of the boiler, there is no damage to the thermocouples, and when the heat flux sensor is broken or replaced, the sensor can be easily disassembled and assembled to facilitate maintenance and reduce maintenance costs.

La présente invention concerne un capteur de flux de chaleur installé sur un tube de paroi d'eau de chaudière d'une centrale thermique et plus particulièrement un capteur de flux de chaleur installé sur un tube de paroi d'eau de chaudière d'une centrale thermique, le capteur de flux de chaleur étant installé par le percement d'un trou dans une membrane qui relie un tube d'eau formant une paroi d'eau de chaudière et un tube d'eau adjacent, ce qui permet de garantir la précision et la durabilité du capteur de flux de chaleur permettant de mesurer un flux de chaleur à l'intérieur d'une chaudière, ce qui permet d'assurer la sécurité de la chaudière en éliminant un processus de coupe et un processus de soudage de la paroi d'eau, et permet une installation simple, et comme le problème d'une détérioration de thermocouples provoquée par une source de chaleur dans le processus de soudage tel qu'un soudage de broche est simplement résolu au moyen d'un procédé d'ajustement-mise en prise par percement d'un trou dans la membrane de la chaudière, il n'y a pas de dommage aux thermocouples, et lorsque le capteur de flux de chaleur est cassé ou remplacé, le capteur peut être facilement démonté et assemblé afin de faciliter la maintenance et de réduire les coûts de maintenance.

본 발명은 화력발전소 보일러 수관 벽 튜브에 설치되는 열유속 센서에 관한 것으로, 보일러 수관벽을 이루는 수관과 인접하는 수관을 연결하는 멤브레인에 천공하여 열유속센서를 설치함에 따라 보일러 내부의 열유속을 측정하는 열유속센서의 정확성과 내구성 확보가 가능하고, 수관벽의 절단공정 및 용접공정이 필요 없어 보일러의 안전성이 확보되며, 설치가 간편한 효과와 핀 용접 등의 용접과정에서의 열원으로 인한 열전대 손상의 문제를 간단히 보일러의 멤브레인에 천공하여 끼움결합방식으로 해결함에 따라 열전대 손상이 없고, 열유속센서의 고장이나 교체시 간편하게 분해조립이 가능하여 유지보수가 용이하고, 유지보수 비용이 절감되는 화력발전소 보일러 수관 벽 튜브에 설치되는 열유속 센서에 관한 것이다.
