The present invention may provide a simulator and a method for medical training, the simulator comprising: a human body model unit having an exterior simulating a human body, and having an EM transmitter module provided therein so as to transmit an EM signal; an endoscope unit having an exterior corresponding to an elongated rod and a handle such that same is inserted into the human body model unit, the endoscope unit receiving the EM signal, producing information regarding the movement of the end of the rod, and outputting same; a haptic actuator unit on which the endoscope unit is mounted, the haptic actuator unit detecting the position and movement of the endoscope unit, providing same to the outside, receiving tactile or kinetic feedback information of the endoscope unit from the outside, and endowing the endoscope unit with the tactile of kinetic feedback; a display device for displaying image information corresponding to the movement information, thereby guiding a trainee; a memory unit for storing image information corresponding to the movement information of the endoscope unit; and a control device for retrieving, from the memory unit, image information corresponding to endoscope movement information acquired by receiving an EM signal from the endoscope unit and processing same, outputting the image information via the display device, receiving information regarding the detected position and movement of the endoscope unit from the haptic actuator unit, retrieving predetermined tactile and kinetic feedback information of the endoscope unit corresponding thereto from the memory unit, and providing same to the haptic actuator unit.

La présente invention peut fournir un simulateur et un procédé d'entraînement médical, le simulateur comprenant : une unité de modèle de corps humain ayant un extérieur simulant un corps humain, et ayant un module d'émetteur EM disposé à l'intérieur de celui-ci de façon à émettre un signal EM; une unité d'endoscope ayant un extérieur correspondant à une tige allongée et une poignée de telle sorte que celle-ci est insérée dans l'unité de modèle de corps humain, l'unité d'endoscope recevant le signal EM, produisant des informations relatives au mouvement de l'extrémité de la tige, et les délivrant en sortie; une unité d'actionneur haptique sur laquelle l'unité d'endoscope est montée, l'unité d'actionneur haptique détectant la position et le mouvement de l'unité d'endoscope, fournissant celles-ci à l'extérieur, recevant des informations de rétroaction tactile ou cinétique de l'unité d'endoscope depuis l'extérieur, et dotant l'unité d'endoscope d'une rétroaction tactile ou cinétique; un dispositif d'affichage pour afficher des informations d'image correspondant aux informations de mouvement, guidant ainsi un stagiaire; une unité de mémoire pour stocker des informations d'image correspondant aux informations de mouvement de l'unité d'endoscope; et un dispositif de commande pour récupérer, à partir de l'unité de mémoire, des informations d'image correspondant à des informations de mouvement d'endoscope acquises par la réception d'un signal EM provenant de l'unité d'endoscope et les traiter, l'émission des informations d'image par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'affichage, recevoir des informations concernant la position et le mouvement détectés de l'unité d'endoscope à partir de l'unité d'actionneur haptique, récupérer des informations de rétroaction tactile et cinétique prédéterminées de l'unité d'endoscope correspondant à celles-ci à partir de l'unité de mémoire, et fournir celles-ci à l'unité d'actionneur haptique.

본 발명은, 인체를 추종하는 외형을 가지며 내부에는 EM 신호를 송신하는 EM 송신모듈이 구비된 인체 모형부; 상기 인체 모형부에 인입되는 길이가 긴 막대와 손잡이의 외형을 가지며 상기 EM 신호를 수신하여 상기 막대의 종단의 움직임 정보를 생성하여 출력하는 내시경부; 상기 내시경부가 장착되며, 상기 내시경부의 위치 및 움직임을 검출하여 외부로 제공하며, 외부로부터 상기 내시경부의 촉감 또는 운동 피드백정보를 제공받아상기 내시경부에 촉감 또는 운동 피드백을 부여하는 햅틱 엑츄에이터부; 상기 움직임 정보에 대응되는 영상정보를 표시하여 실습자에게 안내하는 디스플레이 장치; 상기 내시경부의 움직임 정보에 따르는 영상정보를 저장하는 메모리부; 및 상기 내시경부로부터 EM 신호를 수신하여 처리하여 획득된 내시경의 움직임 정보에 대응되는 영상정보를 상기 메모리부에서 독출하여 상기 디스플레이 장치를 통해 출력하며, 상기 햅틱 엑츄에이터부로부터 상기 내시경부의 위치 및 움직임 검출정보를 제공받아 그에 대응되게 미리 정해진 상기 내시경부의 촉감 및 운동 피드백정보를 상기 메모리부에서 독출하여 상기 햅틱 엑츄에이터부로 제공하는 제어장치;를 포함하는 의학실습 시뮬레이터 및 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
