The present invention comprises: a smart outlet having a charger and a user recognition device built therein, wherein the smart outlet is set to have different capacities for each connection port, is individually or collectively set to enable charging capacity control, and recognizes respective unique IDs of a user terminal and a mobile charger such that charging is performed only for an electric vehicle; the user terminal that requests charging of the electric vehicle for the smart outlet; a control center that receives charging information from each connection port of the smart outlet, separately recognizes user information for each connection port, and measures the amount of charging power in connection with a power company; and the power company that measures the amount of power charged through the smart outlet, shares the total amount of power with the control center such that only the amount of power in a charging time period managed by the control center is extracted from among the measured amount of power and determined as the amount of charging power, wherein the amount of charging power is determined by the IDs of a user and the charger, a connection port number, and charging time which are linked to each other.

La présente invention comprend : une prise intelligente ayant un chargeur et un dispositif de reconnaissance d'utilisateur construit à l'intérieur de celle-ci, la prise intelligente étant configurée pour avoir différentes capacités pour chaque port de connexion, étant réglée individuellement ou collectivement pour permettre une commande de capacité de charge, et reconnaissant des ID uniques respectifs d'un terminal d'utilisateur et d'un chargeur mobile de telle sorte qu'une charge est effectuée uniquement pour un véhicule électrique ; le terminal d'utilisateur qui demande la charge du véhicule électrique pour la prise intelligente ; un centre de commande qui reçoit des informations de charge à partir de chaque port de connexion de la prise intelligente, reconnaît séparément des informations d'utilisateur pour chaque port de connexion, et mesure la quantité d'énergie de charge en connexion avec une compagnie d'électricité ; et la compagnie d'électricité qui mesure la quantité d'énergie chargée à travers la prise intelligente, partage la quantité totale d'énergie avec le centre de commande de telle sorte que seule la quantité d'énergie dans une période de temps de charge gérée par le centre de commande est extraite parmi la quantité d'énergie mesurée et déterminée comme la quantité d'énergie de charge, la quantité d'énergie de charge étant déterminée par les ID d'un utilisateur et du chargeur, un numéro de port de connexion et un temps de charge qui sont liés l'un à l'autre.

본 발명은 충전기 및 사용자 인식장치를 내장한 스마트 콘센트; 스마트 콘센트는 각 접속구마다 용량이 다르게 설정되며, 개별적으로 또는 통합적으로 충전 전기 용량제어가 가능하도록 설정되고, 사용자 단말기 및 이동형충전기의 고유아이디를 인식하여 전기자동차에 대해서만 충전이 수행되도록 함; 스마트 콘센트에 대해 전기자동차에 대한 충전을 요청하는 사용자 단말기; 스마트 콘센트의 각 접속구로부터 충전정보를 수신하여 접속구마다 사용자 정보를 분리 인식하고, 전력회사와 연계하여 충전전력량을 측정하는 관제센터; 및 스마트 콘센트를 통해 충전되는 전력량을 측정하고, 측정된 전력량 중에서 관제센터에서 관리되는 충전시간대의 전력량만 추출하여 충전전력량으로 판단하도록 총전력량을 관제센터와 공유하는 전력회사로 이루어지고, 충전전력량은 사용자 및 충전기 아이디, 접속구 번호 및 충전시간이 서로 연계되어 판단된다.
