The prevent invention provides a vacuum hopper precharger configured such that the electrolyte of a secondary battery and gases included in the electrolyte are suctioned through a vacuum hopper, the gases included in the electrolyte are discharged to the outside, and the electrolyte is stored in a vacuum nozzle of the vacuum hopper and then supplied into the secondary battery, thereby reducing defects of the secondary battery and lengthening the life thereof. The present invention comprises: a base frame (20) seated on the ground and having an inner space (21); a gas removal portion (30) installed in the upper portion of the inner space (21) of the base frame (20) so as to remove gases inside a secondary battery (100); an elevating portion (40) installed below the position corresponding to the gas removal portion (30) in the inner space (21) of the base frame (20), the secondary battery (100) being seated on the upper portion of the elevating portion (40), the elevating portion (40) being configured to move the secondary battery (100) upwards/downwards; and a control portion (50) for controlling the gas removal portion (30) and the elevating portion (40).

La présente invention concerne un préchargeur de trémie sous vide configuré de telle sorte que l'électrolyte d'une batterie secondaire et de gaz inclus dans l'électrolyte sont aspirés à travers une trémie sous vide, les gaz inclus dans l'électrolyte sont évacués vers l'extérieur, et l'électrolyte est stocké dans une buse sous vide de la trémie sous vide puis fourni dans la batterie secondaire, ce qui permet de réduire les défauts de la batterie secondaire et d'allonger sa durée de vie. La présente invention comprend : un cadre de base (20) installé sur la masse et ayant un espace interne (21) ; une partie de retrait de gaz (30) installée dans la partie supérieure de l'espace interne (21) du cadre de base (20) de façon à retirer les gaz à l'intérieur d'une batterie secondaire (100) ; une partie d'élévation (40) installée au-dessous de la position correspondant à la partie de retrait de gaz (30) dans l'espace interne (21) du cadre de base (20), la batterie secondaire (100) étant logée sur la partie supérieure de la partie d'élévation (40), la partie d'élévation (40) étant configurée pour déplacer la batterie secondaire vers le haut/vers le bas ; et une partie de commande (50) pour commander la partie de retrait de gaz (30) et la partie d'élévation (40).

본 발명은 이차 전지의 전해액 및 전해액에 포함된 가스를 진공호퍼를 통해 흡입하여 전해액에 포함된 가스는 외부로 배출되고, 전해액은 진공호퍼의 진공노즐에 저장 후 이차 전지 내부로 공급함으로써 이차 전지의 불량을 줄이고, 수명을 늘릴 수 있도록 하는 진공호퍼 프리챠져를 제공한다. 본 발명은 지면에 안치되고, 내부공간(21)을 갖는 베이스 프레임(20)과; 상기 베이스 프레임(20)의 내부공간(21)의 상부에 설치되고, 이차 전지(100) 내부의 가스를 제거하기 위한 가스제거부(30)와; 상기 베이스 프레임(20)의 내부공간(21)에서 상기 가스제거부(30)와 대응되는 위치의 하부에 설치되고, 상부에 상기 이차 전지(100)가 안치되며, 상기 이차 전지(100)를 상하로 이동시키기 위한 승강부(40)와; 상기 가스제거부(30)와 승강부(40)를 제어하기 위한 제어부(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
