Disclosed is a method for detecting an integrity index of a driving unit, comprising: an integrity value setting step of setting an integrity reference value on the basis of information on power consumed in a normal driving section of a driving unit; a defective value setting step of setting a defective reference value on the basis of information on power consumed in a driving section of the driving unit before a failure occurs; a measurement value extraction step of extracting a measurement value from information on power consumed in a driving section measured in a real-time driving state of the driving unit; a detection step of comparing the measurement value extracted in the measurement value extraction step with the integrity reference value and the defective reference value and detecting a value of an integrity index of the driving unit; and an output step of outputting the value of the integrity index detected in the detection step and providing same to an administrator.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un indice d'intégrité d'une unité d'entraînement, comprenant : une étape de réglage de valeur d'intégrité consistant à définir une valeur de référence d'intégrité sur la base d'informations sur la puissance consommée dans une section d'entraînement normale d'une unité d'entraînement ; une étape de réglage de valeur défectueuse consistant à définir une valeur de référence défectueuse sur la base d'informations sur la puissance consommée dans une section d'entraînement de l'unité d'entraînement avant qu'une défaillance ne se produise ; une étape d'extraction de valeur de mesure consistant à extraire une valeur de mesure à partir d'informations sur la puissance consommée dans une section d'entraînement mesurée dans un état d'entraînement en temps réel de l'unité d'entraînement ; une étape de détection consistant à comparer la valeur de mesure extraite dans l'étape d'extraction de valeur de mesure avec la valeur de référence d'intégrité et la valeur de référence défectueuse et à détecter une valeur d'un indice d'intégrité de l'unité d'entraînement ; et une étape de sortie consistant à délivrer la valeur de l'indice d'intégrité détecté dans l'étape de détection et à la fournir à un administrateur.

정상적인 구동부의 구동구간에서 소모되는 전력정보를 기반으로 건전 기준 값을 설정하는 건전 값 설정단계, 고장이 발생하기 전의 구동부의 구동구간에서 소모되는 전력정보를 기반으로 불량 기준 값을 설정하는 불량 값 설정단계, 구동부의 실시간 구동 상태에서 측정한 구동구간에서 소모되는 전력정보로부터 측정값을 추출하는 측정값 추출단계, 상기 측정값 추출단계에서 추출되는 측정값을 상기 건전 기준 값 및 불량 기준 값과 비교하여 상기 구동부의 건전성 지수 값을 검출하는 검출단계, 및 상기 검출단계에서 검출되는 건전성 지수 값을 출력하여 관리자에게 제공하는 출력단계를 포함하는 구동부의 건전성 지수 검출방법이 개시된다.
