Disclosed is a method for detecting an integrity index of a machine tool, the method comprising: an integrity information collection step of collecting the amount of current consumed in a process of machining a workpiece over time when the machine tool is in a normal state; a first failure information collection step of collecting the amount of current consumed in the process of machining the workpiece over time when the machine tool is in a worn state; a setting step of setting an integrity reference value and a failure reference value on the basis of information collected in the integrity information collection step and the first failure information collection step; an extraction step of collecting the amount of current consumed in the process of machining the workpiece in real time using the machine tool over time and extracting a measurement value from the collected information; a detection step of detecting an integrity index value of the machine tool by comparing the measurement value extracted in the extraction step with the integrity reference value and the failure reference value set in the setting step; and an output step of outputting the integrity index value detected in the detection step and providing the integrity index value to a manager.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un indice d'intégrité d'une machine-outil, le procédé comprenant : une étape de recueil d'informations d'intégrité consistant à recueillir la quantité de courant consommée dans un processus d'usinage d'une pièce ouvrée au fil du temps lorsque la machine-outil se trouve dans un état normal ; une première étape de recueil d'informations de défaillance consistant à recueillir la quantité de courant consommée dans le processus d'usinage de la pièce ouvrée au fil du temps lorsque la machine-outil se trouve dans un état usé ; une étape de définition consistant à définir une valeur de référence d'intégrité et une valeur de référence de défaillance sur la base d'informations recueillies dans l'étape de recueil d'informations d'intégrité et la première étape de recueil d'informations de défaillance ; une étape d'extraction consistant à recueillir la quantité de courant consommée dans le processus d'usinage de la pièce ouvrée en temps réel à l'aide de la machine-outil au fil du temps et à extraire une valeur de mesure à partir des informations recueillies ; une étape de détection consistant à détecter une valeur d'indice d'intégrité de la machine-outil en comparant la valeur de mesure extraite dans l'étape d'extraction avec la valeur de référence d'intégrité et la valeur de référence de défaillance définies dans l'étape de définition ; et une étape de sortie consistant à délivrer en sortie la valeur d'indice d'intégrité détectée dans l'étape de détection et à fournir la valeur d'indice d'intégrité à un responsable.

가공기 툴이 정상적인 상태에서, 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 소모되는 전류량을 시간의 흐름에 따라 수집하는 건전 정보 수집단계, 가공기 툴이 마모된 상태에서, 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 소모되는 전류량을 시간의 흐름에 따라 수집하는 제1불량 정보 수집단계; 상기 건전 정보 수집단계 및 상기 제1불량 정보 수집단계에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 건전 기준 값과 불량 기준 값을 설정하는 설정단계; 실시간으로 가공기 툴을 통해 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 소모되는 전류량을 시간의 흐름에 따라 수집하고, 수집정보로부터 측정값을 추출하는 추출단계, 상기 추출단계에서 추출된 측정값을 상기 설정단계에서 설정된 건전 기준 값 및 불량 기준 값과 비교하여 가공기 툴의 건전성 지수 값을 검출하는 검출단계, 및 상기 검출단계에서 검출되는 건전성 지수 값을 출력하여 관리자에게 제공하는 출력단계를 포함하는 가공기 툴의 건전성 지수 검출방법이 개시된다.
