Disclosed is a method for detecting an integrity index of a tool of a processing machine, comprising: an integrity information collection step of collecting the amount of current consumed according to time in a process of processing a workpiece when the tool of the processing machine is in a normal condition, wherein the amount of current is classified into an inflow section, a constant speed section, and an outflow section; a first defective information collection step of collecting the amount of current consumed according to time in the processing machine, in a process of processing the workpiece before the tool of the processing machine is broken, wherein the amount of current is classified into the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section; a setting step of setting a warning value and a risk value for each of the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section on the basis of the information collected in the integrity information collection step and the first defective information collection step; an extraction step of collecting the amount of current consumed according to time in a process of processing the workpiece through the tool of the processing machine in real time, wherein the amount of current is classified into the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section; a detection step of detecting the number of times that the amounts of current in the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section, collected in the extraction step, exceed the warning values and the risk values for the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section, set in the setting step, and detecting a value of an integrity index of the tool of the processing machine; and an output step of outputting the value of the integrity index detected in the detection step and providing same to an administrator.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un indice d'intégrité d'un outil d'une machine de traitement, comprenant : une étape de collecte d'informations d'intégrité, consistant à collecter la quantité de courant consommé en fonction du temps lors d'un processus de traitement d'une pièce à travailler lorsque l'outil de la machine de traitement est dans une condition normale, la quantité de courant étant classée en une section d'influx, en une section à vitesse constante et en une section de reflux ; une première étape de collecte d'informations défectueuses, consistant à collecter la quantité de courant consommé en fonction du temps dans la machine de traitement, lors d'un processus de traitement de la pièce à travailler avant que l'outil de la machine de traitement ne casse, la quantité de courant étant classifiée dans la section d'influx, la section à vitesse constante ou la section de reflux ; une étape de réglage, consistant à régler une valeur d'avertissement et une valeur de risque pour chacune de la section d'influx, de la section à vitesse constante et de la section de reflux selon des informations collectées lors de l'étape de collecte d'informations d'intégrité et de la première étape de collecte d'informations défectueuses ; une étape d'extraction, consistant à collecter la quantité de courant consommé en fonction du temps lors d'un processus de traitement de la pièce à travailler à travers l'outil de la machine de traitement en temps réel, la quantité de courant étant classifiée dans la section d'influx, dans la section à vitesse constante ou dans la section de reflux ; une étape de détection, consistant à détecter le nombre de fois où les quantités de courant dans la section d'influx, dans la section à vitesse constante et dans la section de reflux, collectées lors de l'étape d'extraction, dépassent les valeurs d'avertissement et les valeurs de risque pour la section d'influx, pour la section à vitesse constante et pour la section de reflux, réglées lors de l'étape de réglage et à détecter une valeur d'un indice d'intégrité de l'outil de la machine de traitement ; et une étape de production, consistant à produire la valeur de l'indice d'intégrité détecté lors de l'étape de détection et à la fournir à un administrateur.

가공기의 툴이 정상적인 상태에서, 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 소모되는 전류량을 시간의 흐름에 따라 수집하되, 유입구간, 정속구간 및 유출구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 건전 정보 수집단계, 가공기의 툴이 파손되기 전, 가공기에서 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 소모되는 전류량을 시간의 흐름에 따라 수집하되, 유입구간, 정속구간 및 유출구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 제1불량 정보 수집단계, 상기 건전 정보 수집단계 및 상기 제1불량 정보 수집단계에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 유입구간, 정속구간 및 유출구간 각각에서 경보값과 위험값을 설정하는 설정단계, 실시간으로 가공기 툴을 통해 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 소모되는 전류량을 시간의 흐름에 따라 수집하되, 유입구간, 정속구간 및 유출구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 추출단계, 상기 추출단계에서 수집되는 유입구간, 정속구간 및 유출구간의 전류량이 상기 설정단계에서 설정된 유입구간, 정속구간 및 유출구간의 경보값과 위험값을 초과하는 횟수를 검출하여 가공기 툴의 건전성 지수 값을 검출하는 검출단계, 및 상기 검출단계에서 검출되는 건전성 지수 값을 출력하여 관리자에게 제공하는 출력단계를 포함하는 가공기 툴의 건전성 지수 검출방법이 개시된다.
