Disclosed is a method for predictively maintaining a tool of a processing machine, comprising: a first base information collection step of collecting information about a change in the magnitude of current consumed according to time in the processing machine, in a process of processing a workpiece when the tool of the processing machine is in a normal condition, wherein the information about the change in the magnitude of current is classified into an inflow section in which the tool enters the workpiece, a constant speed section in which the tool processes the workpiece, and an outflow section in which the tool leaves, and returns from, the workpiece; a second base information collection step of collecting information about a change in the magnitude of current consumed according to time in the processing machine, in a process of processing the workpiece before the tool of the processing machine is broken, wherein the information about the change in the magnitude of current is classified into the inflow section in which the tool enters the workpiece, the constant speed section in which the tool processes the workpiece, and the outflow section in which the tool leaves, and returns from, the workpiece; a setting step of setting a first threshold value for each of the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section on the basis of the information collected in the first base information collection step and the second base information collection step; and a detection step of collecting information about a change in the magnitude of current consumed according to time in the processing machine, in a process of processing the workpiece through the tool of the processing machine in real time, wherein the information about the change in the magnitude of current is classified into the inflow section, the constant speed section, and the outflow section, and when a current value for each section exceeds the first threshold value for each section set in the setting step, detecting as an inspection state that requires inspection or replacement of the tool of the processing machine.

L'invention concerne un procédé de maintenance de manière prédictive d'un outil d'une machine de traitement, comprenant : une première étape de collecte d'informations de base, consistant à collecter des informations concernant une variation d'amplitude de courant consommé en fonction du temps dans la machine de traitement, lors d'un processus de traitement d'une pièce à travailler, lorsque l'outil de la machine de traitement est dans un état normal, les informations concernant la variation d'amplitude de courant étant classifiées dans une section d'influx dans laquelle l'outil pénètre dans la pièce à travailler, une section à vitesse constante, dans laquelle l'outil traite la pièce à travailler et une section de reflux, dans laquelle l'outil quitte la pièce à travailler puis y revient ; une deuxième étape de collecte d'informations, consistant à collecter des informations concernant une variation d'amplitude de courant consommé en fonction du temps dans la machine de traitement, lors d'un processus de traitement de la pièce à travailler avant que l'outil de la machine de traitement ne casse, les informations concernant la variation d'amplitude du courant étant classifiées dans la section d'influx, dans laquelle l'outil pénètre dans la pièce à travailler, la section à vitesse constante, dans laquelle l'outil traite la pièce à travailler et la section de reflux, dans laquelle l'outil quitte la pièce à travailler puis y revient ; une étape de réglage, consistant à régler une première valeur seuil pour chacune de la section d'influx, de la section à vitesse constante et de la section de reflux selon les informations collectées lors de la première étape de collecte d'informations de base et de la deuxième étape de collecte d'informations de base ; et une étape de détection consistant à collecter des informations concernant une variation d'amplitude de courant consommé en fonction du temps dans la machine de traitement, lors d'un processus de traitement de la pièce à travailler à travers l'outil de la machine de traitement en temps réel, les informations concernant la variation d'amplitude de courant étant classifiées dans la section d'influx, la section à vitesse constante et la section de reflux et lorsqu'une valeur de courant pour chaque section dépasse la première valeur seuil pour chaque section réglée lors de l'étape de réglage, à détecter comme état d'inspection nécessitant une inspection ou un remplacement de l'outil de la machine de traitement.

가공기의 툴이 정상적인 상태에서, 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 가공기에서 시간의 흐림에 따라 소모되는 전류 크기의 변화 정보를 수집하되, 툴이 가공물로 진입하는 유입구간과 툴이 가공물을 가공하는 정속구간과 툴이 가공물로부터 이탈 복귀되는 유출구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 제1베이스 정보 수집단계, 가공기의 툴이 파손되기 전 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 가공기에서 시간의 흐름에 따라 소모되는 전류 크기의 변화 정보를 수집하되, 툴이 가공물로 진입하는 유입구간과 툴이 가공물을 가공하는 정속구간과 툴이 가공물로부터 이탈 복귀되는 유출구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 제2베이스 정보 수집단계, 상기 제1베이스 정보 수집단계 및 상기 제2베이스 정보 수집단계에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 유입구간과 정속구간 및 유출구간 각각의 제1임계값을 설정하는 설정단계, 및 실시간으로 가공기 툴을 통해 가공물을 가공하는 과정에서 가공기에서 시간의 흐름에 따라 소모되는 전류 크기의 변화 정보를 유입구간과 정속구간 및 유출구간으로 구분하여 수집하고, 각 구간의 전류 값이 상기 설정단계에서 설정된 각 구간의 제1임계값을 초과하면 가공기 툴의 점검이나 교체가 요구되는 점검상태로 검출하는 검출단계를 포함하는 가공기 툴의 예지 보전방법이 개시된다.
