The present invention relates to a technology which compactifies a gear actuator through optimizing installation positions of two shift motors and select solenoids. The present invention introduces a clutch actuator for a dual clutch transmission (DCT), comprising an actuator housing, in which, with reference to an intermediate assembly surface, drive-electronic components for providing shift and select actuation forces are assembled with the side of one surface thereof and a transmitting mechanism for transmitting an actuation force provided from the drive-electronic components to a control shaft is assembled with the side of the other surface thereof, wherein the drive-electronic components are assembled on the assembly surface of the actuator housing.

La présente invention concerne une technologie qui compacte un actionneur d'engrenage par optimisation de positions d'installation de deux moteurs de changement de vitesse et de solénoïdes de sélection. La présente invention introduit un actionneur d'embrayage pour une transmission à double embrayage (DCT), ledit actionneur comprenant un boîtier d'actionneur, dans lequel, en référence à une surface d'assemblage intermédiaire, des composants électroniques d'entraînement pour fournir des forces d'actionnement de changements de vitesse et de sélection sont assemblés conjointement avec le côté d'une surface de celui-ci et un mécanisme de transmission pour transmettre une force d'actionnement fournie depuis les composants électroniques d'entraînement à un arbre de commande est assemblé conjointement avec le côté de l'autre surface de celui-ci, les composants électroniques d'entraînement étant assemblés sur la surface d'assemblage du boîtier d'actionneur.

본 발명은 두 개의 시프트모터 및 셀렉트솔레노이드의 설치 위치를 최적화함으로써, 기어액추에터를 컴팩트화한 기술에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는, 중단의 조립면을 기준으로 일면 측에는 시프트 및 셀렉트 작동력을 제공하는 구동전장품들이 조립되고, 타면 측에는 상기 구동전장품들로부터 작동력을 제공받아 컨트롤샤프트에 전달하는 전달기구가 조립되는 액추에이터하우징;을 포함하되, 상기 구동전장품들이 상기 액추에이터하우징의 조립면 상에 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT용 기어액추에이터가 소개된다.
