The present invention provides a display device having improved light extraction efficiency and minimized color sense variation according to a viewing angle, the display device comprising: a pixel electrode arranged on a substrate; an insulating film which covers the edge of the pixel electrode and which defines an emission area through an opening for exposing a central part; a first light extraction pattern which is arranged on an upper part of the pixel electrode and of which the slope of a side surface has a first angle; and a second light extraction pattern which is arranged to encompass the first light extraction pattern on the exterior of the first light extraction pattern and of which the slope of a side surface has a second angle that is less than the first angle.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage ayant une efficacité d'extraction de lumière améliorée et une variation de détection de couleur réduite au minimum selon un angle de visualisation, le dispositif d'affichage comprenant : une électrode de pixel disposée sur un substrat ; un film isolant qui recouvre le bord de l'électrode de pixel et qui définit une zone d'émission à travers une ouverture pour exposer une partie centrale ; un premier motif d'extraction de lumière qui est disposé sur une partie supérieure de l'électrode de pixel et dont la pente d'une surface latérale a un premier angle ; et un second motif d'extraction de lumière qui est agencé pour englober le premier motif d'extraction de lumière sur l'extérieur du premier motif d'extraction de lumière et dont la pente d'une surface latérale a un second angle qui est inférieur au premier angle.

본 발명은 광추출 효율이 향상되고 시야각에 따른 색감 편차가 최소화된 디스플레이 장치를 위하여, 기판 상에 배치되는, 화소전극; 상기 화소전극의 가장자리를 덮으며 중앙부를 노출시키는 개구를 통해 발광영역을 정의하는, 절연막; 상기 화소전극 상부에 배치되고, 측면의 기울기가 제1 각도를 갖는, 제1 광추출패턴; 및 상기 제1 광추출패턴 외곽에서 상기 제1 광추출패턴을 둘러싸도록 배치되며, 측면의 기울기가 상기 제1 각도보다 작은 제2 각도를 갖는, 제2 광추출패턴을 구비하는, 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다.
